Good food, great service, friendly atmosphere.

Not a great experience this time, very slow service, staff were more interested in their own conversations.

Although the service we received was second to none the waiting staff was severely let down but her management and kitchen! I was dinning with my partner and son. We got our food I asked for my ribeye to ve cooked medium, it unfortunately was cooked to blue, as it was at a peak time and only 3 waiting staff it took over 12 mins for a check back at that point I informed the waiting staff that my steak was not cooked to medium rare but raw! She was excellent took the food back to the kitchen, after 10 mins my plate was returned sadly it was the same piece of steak that was sent back. I was not happy about this at all due to the time it took for the food to be taken back. This is a serious breach of food safety standards. My food was again taken back and the wait staff informed me it would be another 20 minutes for a fresh meal. My partner and son had finished thier meals by the time I received mine, so that alone totally ruined our family evening, when we got the bill we was charged full price for my meal, after the wait staff stated that it would be removed from the bill due to the issues. When I questioned this she stated the manger said I had to pay full price for the meal I asked to speak to the manager who then came to the table. She was very rude and said she won't be discounting or removing the meal from the bill because it was sent back and cooked to the right temperature, I reminded her of the fact that by the time my food was returned to the kitchen it would be unsafe practice to reserve the food under HACCP guidelines. She continued to argue and was very hostile towards me. She said you had 2 meals! You need to pay. I said I had to send my food back because it was not prepared correctly that is not my fault,the trained chefs should be able to cook food correctly.she reluctantly discounted my bill 20%. I was not happy at all but I did not want to cause a scene and my 2 year old son and partner wanted to leave. We are regular customers to this venue and have never had any issues, we did notice the regular team from previous visits had changed slightly on the management side. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and shocked to be spoken to and treated in this manner. We will be looking for harvester to frequent after this experience

Kelly was our server, really friendly and attentive. Food was really nice and can’t beat a salad bar! Wish I had more room for dessert. Really reasonable price.

Great food, great price & great service

The food was hit and miss. The rotisserie chicken never disappoints, but the ribs were partially burnt to the point it was crunchy. You couldn't tell at first glance because of the sauce, but I was in a rush so didn't mention it to staff as I didn't have time for them to correct it. The main reason I rated the service so low is because of the refusal of my simple request. I requested that my chips were swapped out for a scoop of rainbow coleslaw (which is included for free on other dishes). I was basically given a "computer says no" answer because the option wasn't available on their order taking tablet. This demonstrated an unwillingness to go the extra mile for the customer, as all they had to do was go to their kitchen or their food pass and instruct the swap. This was really baffling and frustrating because my request was a) very reasonable - especially if they're charging nearly £21 for the dish I ordered. It's not like I asked them to swap my chips for a steak! b) it was to their benefit (I'm sure it's less effort and money to give me that coleslaw than to fry up chips), and c) it was quick/easy to do. So after having been told no, they said if I didn't want chips/fries, I have the option to specify no chips with nothing as a replacement. Brilliant. Harvester always puts on discount offers to get people through the door, but it's these little things that stop people coming back; and to be honest I'm not in a hurry to come back any time soon. January is a time of year where people are trying to be healthy - so giving no real alternatives to fries/fried sides suggests to me they're not in touch with their customer base in general.

Pretty standard Harvester with the famous salad buffet. This place is usually very busy so service can be quite slow. The food is not the best I've ever had but pretty standard and an extensive menu means most people can get something they like.

Food was lovely, Service was great Would be nice to be told the heating wasn't working before we sat down. Especially as we had a baby with us.

Fantastic food, service and very welcoming

I find this location hit or miss. We had a great meal here earlier in the year but today unfortunately wasn’t great - no coffee ! No mushrooms. No heating. A bit disappointing, especially no coffee with breakfast!

Lauren F. was our host she is friendly and warm when serving us the food .its clean and very welcoming I even take a picture of myself at the well decorated Christmas tree with the lovely name of the staff member that works there the food was lovely and also the salad bars the only thing I could not have was the apple juice it was too sweet for me I’m diabetic so nothing too sweet for me but overall I enjoyed the meal. I would not buy a glass of wine it was expensive there was not much in the glass to drink

The staff is what makes it happen. Kelly from the Northolt branch was so welcoming and warming. Acknowledged us immediately and made it a good experience.

This is our second visit to this place. The food was very tasty. We ordered grilled chicken skewers and ribs. Everything was well seasoned and nicely presented. Nice service, although we had to wait a while for the drinks we ordered.

I had booked for 18 of us for a parents and children end of term meal. Kelly was our server supported by others and managed to take our orders and serve us with minimal fuss. It was a quiet evening when we went hence the atmosphere score but we had the restaurant to ourselves towards the end with only one other family. Everyone enjoyed the food and were full that we declined dessert..

Went to pay the meal.. charged 20% vat on top of menu prices! So what usually cost 70odd pounds was over 90quid! What A RIP OFF WONT BE BACK!

The Garlic bread without cheese lacked any taste of garlic and instead was a small flavourless flatbread cut in half with oil ontop. The Halloumi Fries were OK, a small portion however. The Calamari was actually very nice and a decent portion size which was a welcome change from the other two starters. The table we were placed at was also in a very unfortunate location being in-between the stairs and a larger dining section meaning people were always passing us by For our Mains we had the Barbacoa Burger and a Well done Sirloin with no sauce. The onion rings were lukewarm and low quality and soft, not crunchy at all. The steak was of mediocre quality and not particularly flavourfull and the chips were of the same caliber. As for the Barbacoa Burger It was nice but that's all it was. Just an ordinary burger. We had a problem with no salt available on the table and we grabbed a salt shaker from a different table which was also empty. Throughout our 1hr 15 minute stay The servers only took our order and provided the food and bill, the starter plates weren't cleared and when we asked for the bill it took a further 10 minuets to get it. VAT was also added on to the receipt at the end instead of being pre included in the menu which was an unwelcome surprise

I have a mixed feelings about this place. In general was clean and cosy enough (with all christmas decorations) Unfortunately the first impresjonistów at the door put me off a lot. There was this little girl which cleary you could say she was under influence. We were taken over by lovely gentleman (Ashley) who looked after us all evening. Thanks But I was very uncomfortable with here present , and really were hoping she not will be the one serving us! Food was decent size, hot , but could be tastier. Salad section you could of say was bit old by now(but an again it was late so understandable) .

Visited for a family birthday a couple of weeks ago, great service by Steph who was very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Brilliant service every time we visit, you can tell the staff are very busy especially in the days leading up to Christmas, but they never fail to deliver, always friendly and kind.

It was our first visit to Harvester Northolt on a Thursday evening after a busy day, hoping to relax. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The service was almost non-existent, likely due to being clearly understaffed. Only one person was managing the entire dining area, which made everything feel chaotic. To add to the discomfort, it seemed a new staff member was under training, and the senior staff at the reception openly reprimanded her in front of us just as we were being seated. This left a bad impression. It took quite a while to place our order, and an equally long time for our drinks to arrive. Overall, it wasn’t the relaxing evening we had hoped for.

Arrived shortly before stopped serving food.. Only had small dishes which were tasty. Service could have been more polite. Spoons dirty and had to be replaced. Toilets disgusting and need cleaning and fixing urgently.

Nice staff. My large family didn't realise we had to book, but they found us a spot. Delicious, fresh food as always.

Welcomed upon arrival by friendly staff,restaurant was clean,tidy and inviting.seats comfy & table laid with everything we needed (a little cluttered with all the promotional leaflets & menues, not sure we needed it all on the table this could be condensed)menus a little overwhelming perhaps have separate menu for items available only after 5.Our waiter was polite welcoming,friendly & attentive.My son dropped his bacon out of his burger & the waiter immediately replaced it no question asked (super customer service) All the Food we had was plentiful,fresh,hot & delicious even the salad bar had been crept clean & replenished!The food came out in good time, We didn’t feel rushed nor were we left ever left waiting if we needed something.When the bill came we were surprised how reasonable it was,I was expecting it to be more.All in all a very enjoyable evening,we will be back.

Had a Christmas dinner there with group of friends. Everything was lovely. The only reason 4 stars for food is lack of vegetarian options. The service was a bit slow.

Food was lovely as always. Very attentive staff (Kat and Summer). Venue is a great size and never seems to be too noisy, so you can enjoy your conversations while eating.

Had the best experience as always in Mandeville Arms. Amy has been the best server ever and was very patient with us. Food was delicious and waiting time was not too long, especially during a busy time. Coming back soon.

Christmas dinner was actually very nice. Everything else, standard harvester, which I do like for a mid week meal out.

We went to the Mandeville Arms tonight for two reasons (1)because we had a 40% offer and (2)because we wanted to kick off our extra long weekend on a high so we felt a special treat was much deserved! The food was wonderful,the food from Salad Bar was delicious,fresh and tasty. The Smokehouse Pork Belly and Corn was delicious too,delicious smoky pork belly. The Chips were to perfection and the Veg was nice too. I liked the Beef Dripping as it gave the Pork Belly and Chips an extra punch of flavour. The Refillable Drinks were tasty too. Nice atmosphere,nice Christmas Decs and great music to get you into the Spirit of Christmas. Also the exterior looks inviting too. The service was quick and our waitress Kelly was friendly and polite,she even went the extra mile by bringing an item we left behind by accident on the table to our car! I would really recommend the Mandeville Arms Harvester.

It was my sisters 60th birthday celebration here and was a most excellent night. The food was faultless, so yummy. Our waitress was amazing and so friendly and the atmosphere was so wonderful. Everyone had a lovely time and I bought a cake with us and we were allowed to light a candle as long as it's not one of those sparkler ones which was brilliant and appreciated. My sister had a wonderful time thanks to everyone who made her day.

Came in for breakfast, seated and served stright away. The server steph was lovely and knew what she was doing. She was very busy with other tables but was able to do what was needed when it was needed. 5 stars overall however food got a 4 star due to my poached eggs not being runny, I saw then sat for a bit under the lights so they continued to cook.

Stephanie was my server, she was brilliant and attentive. With this kind of service I will definitely return.

Had a delicious meal with my family. Everyone was really pleased with the food which makes a change in my family. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed making it a good place to enjoy a family meal. I will definitely use again in future.

We had a lovely dinner at the Mandeville arms tonight. Nice decor,everything was clean and tidy. If you want food to set you up this is the place for you. It’s especially good as it’s located 5 minutes from the a40 In the same direction as Northolt Tube Station not the dinosaur golf direction. The food was lovely,I love the unlimited salad,so tasty and fresh. Really enjoyed the pork belly too,the chips,pork belly and bean salad were all delicious,a hearty portion,beautifully presented and compliment eachother well. The beef drippping was a nice touch,went well especially with the chips. The fizzy drinks refillable machine was delicious too. Our server Fiona was fantastic,friendly and looked after us impeccably from start to finish. Also if you are looking to have a Saturday evening meal(probably more applicable to half term as when I visited it was in Half term),I would recommend you book after 8:15pm as it starts to get quieter. Toilets were nice. However,the reason behind the four star rating is not a fault from the experience but I am disgraced by the lack of gluten free options on the menu now. The range used to be reasonable,ribs,chicken etc. But I only saw one option(I looked at the vast majority of sections on smartchef for the main menu)for mains that is gluten free which is the pork belly. But on the flip side,I do think they have really improved the look of the menu. I would recommend this restaurant but not so much to anyone who is gluten free.

Nothing was too much for our server Steph. She really made our night with a smile on her face and lots of laughs. I was impressed by her menu knowledge as there is a lot of dishes I can’t eat. Thank you for a wonderful night!

My family and I came for dinner at the harvester, not for the first time! The waitress steph who is always smiling, happy and is amazing at her job. Always going that extra step to make sure that we are happy with our food and that we have a drink on the table. She went above and beyond and couldn't have asked for better service.

Food was delicious, Steph was also great. Will definitely come back.

Worst customer service. The manager seated us in a very isolated area, and the staff didn't even look at us—no cups, no spoons, nothing! We were a group of 5. When I called them to bring our dishes, they only brought 3. The waitress said: "I didn't hear you, just go and reorder." But I had already been waiting over 45 minutes for those 3 dishes... no compensation, nothing! If you can't handle customers, just don't take them. Simple!

Worst customer service. The manager put us in a very lonely place, the personal did not event watch at us : no cup, no spoon, nothing ! We were 5. When I call them to give my dishes, they came back with only 3 dishes. The girl said : I didn't hear, juste go and give back your command. But I was already waiting for more than 45min for these 3 dishes ... no compensation nothing ! If you can't handle customer, just dont take them.. easy !

Really terrible service! Placed an online order, they missed packing half the items. Called the store, they said they can’t do anything about it. It’s just not acceptable, please do better.

We go here quite often and the food and the service is great, we went today for my husband birthday and one of the waitresses always recognised us she always is so so friendly thank you for making out meal perfect

Really busy for a Sunday, but the staff and service was incredibly good. Salad bar was 10/10, stocked, fresh and clean. Food was average, just lacking seasoning but i'll be back.

Staff were welcoming, there was plenty of free parking and we got seated immediately. The food was average (the bread rolls were terrible, warm them at least if not freshly made). We waited way too long for our order to arrive (over 1 hour), although the restaurant was only at 60% capacity. The roof started to leak right next to use as well, to add to the flavour.

I just ordered the Ultimate Breakfast. Look at the pictures. You will see what I ordered and what I received. Please if you like to look after customers. Maybe you should check what you send out. And don’t cheat your customers.

A large Harvester, with plenty of parking, close to transport options and linked with a hotel. I mainly go to the restaurant (rather than the bar). You are likely to be kept waiting upon arrival, before being seated. Ensure you enter your registration upon arrival, as penalty tickets are issued. The salad bar is okay. I tend not to get much as the Sweetcorn lacks taste, but the lettuce is enough for me. The food is good for a local and not expensive, and you can always get deals via Groupon or notifications. Reasonable for family eating. The food generally tastes good, and there are quite a few dessert options, and they are filling. The staff are pleasant, but service can be very slow. It's good if you don't want to be rushed out, but not if you're waiting to be served.

My friends surprised me and took me to the best place in this country; in general I love Harvester although I wish they'd make more gluten free stuff. But it was my birthday so I cheated ;) Cuz I bloody love onion rings and calamari 🐒💖 We had a lovely staff serving us, I am using a walking aid and every time I went to the stairs I could see someone checking on me from the staff which made me feel welcomed. Food was good. It's Harvester, it's always good😍 The only little bit of disappointment was the salad bar not many choices BUT! We arrived very late around 8 pm and they might have been out of other options. Can't wait to go back or maybe a cheeky takeaway needs to be placed soon🤫
