Had a fab evening here with 11 of my pals. The pub was packed, great atmosphere. Manager was helpful and friendly, and service was great. Shout out to Cyn who was really excellent. And the value! So much good food for so little money. Recommended

I love the place Harvester, I came yesterday with my family. I really enjoyed drinks and food their. I love to visit this place due to great environment and welcoming staff. I ordered food at bar, Singh gives great service. He is a great man who always be humble with us. I really enjoyed it.

I visited Harvester yesterday, with my family. I ordered food and drinks their at bar. The service was very good, I ordered chicken skewers and ribs which were too delicious. I really enjoyed it great time with my family. And bartenders were very good with service, the Indian man who was serving us very well and has good sense of humour. He treats very politely and they made drinks for us and I love the signature drink that I ordered pimms lemonade was lovely. Great service and staff. The manager Natalie was too good and welcoming. As restaurant was full, she politely said us to be seated at bar.

We turned up without an reservation but the manager Natalie was very welcoming and found us a table. The service by Thin Thin was very good and cheerful. My Bother in law and I both complimented the chef Sujan on the original combo, the ribs were excellent. My Wife enjoyed her scampi. All in all a good evening. Ken Woods

I had a fantastic experience at Harvester! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out was how dog-friendly it is, you can bring your furry friends along, which is such a bonus. The outdoor garden seating is absolutely lovely, perfect for enjoying a meal in a relaxed setting. Overall, a great place with a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and a thoughtful touch for dog owners. Highly recommend!

Had to wait very long time to get staffs attention got there early they didn't like it never hardly saw a waitress food ok very shrink flation in other words high prices poor portions. Been a while since ive been to a Harvester noticed all meet dishes that were vegetarian or vegan not much choice what was there nothing appetising oh and they don't do eye contact what looked like a female manager very difficult for a deaf person so not deaf friendly really. Oh female manager shouting at young girls waitresses would I go back not this Harvester and if you don't like this review tough I tell it how it is!

Not enough Staff on shift I understand January saving hours but we wait long time for service and the waiters and manager was runing

i had the steak and it came out cold also was very very hard to eat. my dad had the burger and it tasted stale and not much flavour, my mum had the chicken and it was very very dry, my sister had the ribs which seemed to be the only decent plate on the table. Really disappointed as it was £120 for the 4 of us to eat and 3/4 walked away very frustrated and still hungry as unable to eat.

Food is good and a large selection of options. My only problem is the pricing, I feel like the type of food served here does not justify the price. Service is great however and the atmosphere is friendly. I just can't justify £16 for a burger, despite it being above average.

Very good,l was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The service was also very good. Our waitress was very attentive. I'm afraid l don't know her name but she'd only been working there 2months. I would certainly go back.

I was very encouraged with the recent renovations. Especially the makeover on the men's toilet.

I had excellent customer service from Gemma. The food was perfect - well.done chef..Had tempura prawns and sirloin steak. Hugh also exemplified a good representation of the establishment. Thank you both for making the experience a good one.

Our second year coming here to eat before going on to Kew Gardens. Our waitress was exceptional. Attentive without being over the top. Food was better than expected. Would recommend Only negative the seating was dated some holes in the cushions. Looked very tired

Great food and service, menu has been re vamped and the building has been re decorated also. The Christmas menu was still available when we visited also.

Two out of three meals were not good. Burger was cold. Steak was chewy and had lots of fat. Festive menu chicken was good. I was serviced alcoholic beer when I had ordered the non alcoholic beer!! This is really bad as some people can't have alcohol (religion, health, medication, driving etc).

Luckily we had booked a table, as it was full of people having early Christmas lunch! Good atmosphere, good service - as always - and very good food. I really can't fault it.

A rushed service when we visited for Christmas dinner recently. We normally receive a great service, not this time. The volume of the food was very little for the price we paid - 2 sliced of Turkey and 4 pieces of potato. The atmosphere wad normal Harvester atmosphere.

Do not go for the festive menu it is awful. The tomato soup was tasteless, the gravy served with the mains was like water, the salad selection options have decreased to be replaced with three options of pasta……. The festive menu I had yesterday was not food, please go back to the drawing board and adjust. I do not mind paying more and eating good food. Many thanks.

Very good food. Very efficient staff and very clean in there. A bit of a wait for the food. But well worth the wait.

This is absolutely stunning pub unfortunately Staff’s are terrible not up-to the standard of Pub Group chain. Pub Manager I think his name is Hugh (Black Guy) who doesn’t deserve to be a cleaner of the pub due to his knowledge of Pub business. Please don’t try during week days or weekends if he is on duty he will be in grumpy mood this will spoil your day. If he doesn’t like his job why is he there? Is he not getting paid? Or he is in a wrong position? Staff’s and Management need full training how to serve customers also how to pour Guinness etc. Please senior management look at this don’t ruined your newly refurbished pub by hiring wrong team members. If you go there by 9pm during weekdays they starting turning lights off keeps coming to make you uncomfortable just trying to close early the pub as they want to go home early why do you given closing time 11pm on google. Regulars won’t complain due to staff giving them discounts .This is given take games between them Best pub wrong people managing. Sorry Review by: Experience Publican

Thin is a wonderful person, we ate with our clients from Ealing council and she attended to our needs. All the staff here are great and do extremely well in this busy atmosphere Thank you all

We visited last weekend for a pre-Christmas meal and the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The salad bar appeared to be fresh and the establishment was clean and comfortable. The staff were also on it with regards to the dietary requirements and allergies within our group. My only reason for knocking a star off is I think the service was quite slow considering the place wasn’t full. We seemed to wait a while between courses. But, overall the experience was good and I would visit again.

This is by far the best Harvester in the country. Food is always spot on and cooked perfectly. We've been to this branch quite a few times now and the food has always been amazing whether it's breakfast or dinner you're always guaranteed a good time. As for the staff no matter how busy it is they are always very attentive and always happy to help. Great visit will definitely be back

I had the pleasure of being served by a truly wonderful waitress at Harvester called 'Thin Thin' pad 2334 at Harvester Hanwell. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. Her humor and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. She checked on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed, and got every order spot on. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality really stood out. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel so welcome. A big thank you to her for making our visit such a delightful one! Have a lovely Christmas. We did leave a tip on the card reader, I hope that goes to you.

Went on for breakfast, the mushrooms felt like they had been boiled. Poached egg left a puddle of water in the plate. They really need to drain the water off before serving. The tomatoes literally were just freshly cut and plated!! What happened to cooking the tomatoes and also properly cooking the mushrooms! On a plus hash browns and bacon were great! Also 12.90 for 3 drinks even if refills just feels like a hell of a high price!

Great service from Thin today with my grandma and mom. We come regularly and the staff are great, Gemma is lovely - we also came one busy Sunday and dawn and Singh were so helpful. Thanks!

Service was prompt & staff serving us were polite & accommodating. But lack of menu items made the visit disappointing…..out of the 8 tapas dishes we wanted…3 were unavailable….!

Since the refurbishment, they have up their game. A lot of improvement.....👍🏾 They have also changed the menu, for the better.

The service was brilliant the lady called Gemma served us she look after us very well I am a cancer patient & can’t drink or have anything to eat that has come from the fridge because also on chemo she was very helpful & listen to our needs

Just got there at lunch time: wait here to be seated, nobody came; OK sat down at a table waiting to order some food, nobody; Stood up, went away, nobody.

Staff were great but food quality has gone down and sizes decreased. Salad bar also was very upsetting with so many items finished and not topped up.

Natalia was a great hostess, the food came quickly and we all left extremely full.

Lovely fresh food and the service was great the lady I think her name was Tintin? Told me about the app which saved me 40% of my main meals which in this day and age was a real bonus and really made a difference I have seen her a few times there and she's always excellent

Great selection of food and drinks option. Ideal for gatherings and kids parties. Rib eye steak rare is worth a try along with the ribs. Free salad bar is a bonus.

Food quality is typical Harvester standard. The waitress is very friendly and helpful. Also, it provides free guest parking which is convenience.

Today I visited for a treat with my husband. We were shown to our seats by Natalie who was very nice. We were served by Rosie who was fabulous and went the extra mile and Akhila was really helpful too. I really enjoyed my Wing n Wave combo, my steak was cooked to perfection as I love it rare or medium rare, I found out the chefs who did a wonderful job were Xristos, Sujan and Suraj - thank you gentlemen ! My husband really liked his chicken and bacon waffle, he loves a bit of extra syrup. My only negative is I really dislike the red cabbage coleslaw. We felt comfortable eating in a family atmosphere. It's a lovely welcoming place, clean and tidy. Overall very impressed.

Even though the Harvester has always been an ultimate favourite restaurant by myself and my friends, this one particular branch has always been outstanding for us. The food is always scrumptious and the service very much customer-conscious. Thanks much for today’s server, Akhila whom did her job very well with such an accommodating and friendly disposition.

Karen was absolutely amazing. Really engaged with our children and got them excited for the spooky Halloween feast. They’re already asking when we can go back!

Friendly service upon arrival and lots of space even on a Saturday evening. Food was well seasoned and exactly as requested. Free salad and 25% off new users to the Harvester app. Overall it was an excellent experience and very good tasting food I will come here again.

I went there with my family, food and service was very good. That was my first visit their and my experience was very good. Food was extremely good, I was so happy. The lady at front Ramandeep explained all menu to us and offer us different drinks and recommend best food their from which I really enjoyed starters and chicken and pork skewers. Almost I got tremendous experience.

Very slow service. Food wasn't cooked properly and size portion was disgraceful considering the price I paid for each meal. I wouldn't visit again. Ashford Surrey is better.
