Lovely ambience, good range of drinks, bright blue staff t-shirt gave me erectile dysfunction.

I don't write reviews but wanted to leave one for one of the managers and fellow expat. I came for Quiz night 14/1/2025 with some friends. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I was attended in drinks and food by one of the managers (2 males in dress shirts) who is american. We chatted a bit and he was very friendly. Food was tasty but I want to leave a review for him as throughout the night he was serving drinks, food, picking up dirty glasses and plates and seeing to customers. The other 2 who were behind the bar, male manager in dress shirt and female were serving but it wasn't busy during quiz and they were just chatting most of the time while he was just non-stop. Five stars for him!

Nice cosy pub. Service was all over the place. Food was meh. Maybe due to the Xmas period.

Sunday roast is amazing! Service was okay, we were a big group and there were some errors but nothing major. The vibe and atmosphere was great for a Sunday lunch.

Myself and a few friends had dinner at The Plough Inn last week. We were welcomed by a very friendly team and seated quickly. Both food and drinks arrived in good time. Starters were very nice but the red wine and steak stole the show! I shall certainly be re-visiting when in the area next.

Very good pub with decent food and drink selection. Lovely garden and friendly service from the staff, particularly Emily and Ella. Highly recommend.

The staff are really friendly, the atmosphere is great. Great for watching sport but also a beautiful looking venue. The only downside was we paid $46 AUD for a beef roast ($46 per roast) and it only came with 2 slices of beef, reheated potatoes and a tablespoon of cauliflower cheese. More gravy would’ve been good too. Everything was delicious but for that price, I’d expect more meat (not sure if this is usual for the UK). Drinks are very reasonably priced. Would definitely come again!

A nice atmosphere to a traditional pub. Just had a coffee which was very good.

Came in for a Roast. Cost £24. So could be in for a treat...nope. Beef was tough. Cauliflower cheese...well there was enough for one fork full. You get one carrot which was ok. Three little potatoes. The squash mash was nice. Oh and the cheapest thing on the menu...GRAVY. Must have a shortage...as I had none. Even writing this review people are asking for more. For that price you should be doing better...a lot better

We went for a quick beer on our last day at Northfields. Super cozy atmosphere and excellent staff.

Deservedly popular place to eat. Very welcoming even when busy. Value for money.

Enjoyed steak with pepper sauce, chips and salad. Done to our liking and arrived promptly. Went down well.

I’m always a bit meh about this place - it is expensive and definitely fancies itself. BUT - it does what it does very well. The food is good, the bar staff are well trained, and the beer garden is big. There is a better PUB nearby, but if wanted to sit outside with a cold beer, maybe with my parents, then I’d come here.

Lovely local pub. We don't drink but they make a lovely cuppa tea!

Bistro pub. We visited on Sunday afternoon to have Sunday roast and cask ales. There is a big garden area.

Good family meal, ages70 to 7 months. Weather poor so had to eat inside. Staff were really attentive esp Ella- many thanks!

I love chilling in the garden here on a hot day. Also, they had some great specials on… the roasted aubergine was delicious, and the salmon pate was divine ! Lovely staff and great atmosphere.

The restaurant is very spacious, orders are not accepted outside, it cooks until 5 p.m. Great for family gatherings

this must have had a changed of management since early this year Has it gone down hill ! booked a table 6.30 for 3 adults + 7 Yr old who was looking forward to the play area no one seemed to know where it was left standing about eventually the told to sit anywhere the childrens play area was closed and there was loads of familys with children outside inside very few people bar practically empty Food when arrived was burned A childs ice cream was not much bigger than a tea spoon full and well charged for The only good thing was there was board and card games for kids to play Will we be going back ...No Poor service badly managed

Have been frequenting this pub for the past 3yrs now and the food is getting increasingly worse, both quality and portion size, with prices increasing. It’s a shame as this pub was great and could easily be again. Feedback is usually not taken onboard and if there’s an issue reported, the common response is can I get you some extra chips to replace. Please sort out the kitchen and menu.

Great pub, serving good meals, with a wide selection of regularly changing beers - lots of Tiny Rebel. The good can occasionally be a bit disappointing, especially the kids menu

Brought the kids for a quick early supper and game of monopoly - Natalia was great as were the rest of the team. Lovely local pub, great atmosphere and consistently yummy food.

We were served by Natalia who was really helpful and kind. Food was great too! Would highly recommend.

Very rude staff member, HORIBLE customer service, double charged for MiWadi. The bottle doesn’t even charge the £3 that we had to pay,

Went up and ordered an g & T wine and cordial was not satisfied with the concentration of the cordial so went up and added more cordial and one of the staff members came down to our table with an unpleasant attitude and charged us twice for the cordial ,very unhappy with this customer service overall atmosphere felt unfriendly and unpleasant. Overall price wasn’t fair in my opinion as 1.50 for cordial in water seems outrageous as water is a standard offering for a restaurant. Very unhappy,wont come here again.

We came for dinner and watching Euro 2024 match. The staff came and asked if we had finished our dishes for a few times although there was still some food left on the plates. I felt like they were rushing to get off work. Weak pub vibe. No intention to come again.

Had a lovely Sunday roast with family. Adult Beef roast and Porcetta were delicious and the main burger and kids fish & chips went down very well with the children. Desserts were amazing with mocha tart rich and chocolatey with subtle coffee flavour and the oozing chocolate fondant. Service was great with plenty of staff to assist and a vast selection of beers too. Not cheap, but will definitely return for the quality and portion sizes!

The owner replied this is vegan burger does not make sense, it had pickle like normal beef menu while no tomato from vegan. Also, we’re not vegan family, very sure no vegan burger would be ordered. So restaurant made mistake that just upset me even more.. This is the saddest burger I had in pub, more like thin dried beef pate. Chip portion is extremely small as well. It was a busy day, we waited meal for over 1hr, which we understand. But meal portion is small compare to normal pub. Our child was too hungry during the wait, and the 2nd portion of the focaccia bread is like almost half compare to first one we ordered. First one was big enough that they can even cut from middle, 2nd one was too small that they can’t do it. Not sure what’s theirs standard in food portion…

My children really like it, they are frequent users.

Great pub ...BUT..loads of staff not really attentive,flat pints,had to ask 3 times to change -at £7 a pint it needs to be good ! not that busy but waited ages to be served ,no one acknowleded us waiting .8pm on a Fri eve and like a creche outside. The toiletts were vile ! Shame...wont be rushing back

Richard is running a fantastic ship at the plough inn. We held our daughters 2nd birthday celebration yesterday for 40 guests and had the most wonderful experience. Booking was simple, ordering was simple, setting up and decorating was welcomed and the service thereafter faultless. We are immensely grateful for the hospitality and delicious food. Thank you again, Jazz, Chiara and Simi.

It’s really sad to see a pub with so much potential gradually lose out on quality. We used to be regulars here till last year where we found the food and attitude of the staff not great. We wanted to give it another try last weekend and unfortunately not much has changed. I ordered a chicken Milanese and fries and the chicken was super dry and the lady serving us was not quite happy to give me cutlery ( even though I was sat outside with a child) and pointed to where I could find it !?! My daughter’s kid pasta was a good portion but was very average in taste. Not a pub you’ll be finding us visiting unfortunately. On the plus side: the outdoor kid play area and the general vibe of this pub is quite upbeat. Perhaps alright for drinks definite NO for food.

Outstanding service, good chat, good approach and most importantly a very good knowledge about their selection. I was impressed. The beer garden is also a nice place to relax and enjoy the outside weather.

Slow service when meal arrived it was overcooked and burnt. Food was returned and the bill was requested. There was no reduction for the food retained no apology. We spoke to the manager who offered us a drink! Appalling service

Great pub on a main road with plenty of seating. The pie of the day, sunday roast and veggie burger were all excellent and provided nice sized portions. The staff were tripping over themselves to help us! Will definitely be back if we're in this area again.

Nice local pub with a good selection of beers. The staff is always on top and the food is okay. If you are in the area, it is worth the visit! They do a couple of events so always good to check what’s on.

Met ex colleagues for lunch at 12.30 left well after 5pm! Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

A lovely, old fashioned Fullers pub, with a energetic vibe. Good service with a smile, and nice menu. Felt the pricing was a little on the higher side, but everything the group had was excellent quality.

Disappointed in the plant based main dish of warm spiced cauliflower with spinach, chickpea + lime pickle dressing in a cauliflower pureè, not because of the taste, it was very tasty (hence 1 star for that) but for £12.50 the quantity was miniscule (about 5 cauliflower florets, and just puree) which would easily fit in the palm of my hand and eaten in 1 minute, leaving me to watch my friend eat her burger and chips for the next 15 mins! Way overpriced.

Big local pub with big beer garden and a covered patio. Plenty of space inside and good vibes in a relaxed atmosphere. Wood and sofas. Ideal for a date or a Sunday roast with family and kids. Close to the tube stop. 8/10

Reason for the low score i ordered a starter the kofta with potatoes I was expecting at least 1 whole kofta and baby potatoes. When I received the food it was literally a mini kofta the size of my little finger like a mini cocktail sausage and tiny tiny mini potatoes like a mouse portion. That cost £7.50 😐 I didn’t even take a picture because I was super hungry. If I knew it would be that small I would have never ordered that. Very disappointing. The bartender was cool so no complaints with that. But I used to be a Pub Assistant Manager and I would warn my guests personally before wasting £7.50. No attention to detail. Change these prices. Or serve way bigger portions very disappointing

I really like the Plough. Quality draft Ales & Good Service. Lovely layout and relaxed wood furnishing. The manager/supervisor who was on Sunday evening is exceptional, and really makes one feel welcome and looked after.

Friendly staff generally and nice food. Good choice of beers and good garden in summer and for kids.

We booked a table for a small family gathering... we got caught in traffic but pub was good enough not to rush orders or anything do that all of group could arrive. The pub has a small car park just to the right (if facing pub) and thankfully there was a space when we arrived! We were seated and had drinks fairly swiftly, and got food ordered. Starters didn't take long, and there was a short period before mains arrived (although when they did arrive the starters plates etc. hadn't been taken away). We also managed to get a few deserts in before the kitchen closed. Food was really nice and there were lots of clear plates, including from the kids! The desert menu wasn't to everyone's taste, but to be fair most of the group was pretty full from the starters / mains! The pub itself is nicely set, tidy and clean. We all enjoyed our meal and would certainly visit again - the cost isn't the cheapest (and kids meals worked out fairly pricey in comparison to some places we have visited) but as above - we did like it!

Xmas lunch with elderly aunt and cousin. Beautifully decorated for Xmas . Food was delicious. Very attentive young man who served us - sorry didn’t get his name. Highly recommend

The food was good, served promptly and was enjoyable food. Shame that management (if he was a manager) decided to kick the member of our party who was there for my dad’s birthday out at 8:30pm in such a rude and abrupt way, I understand the rules against it, it just doesn’t need to be done in such a manner when we’ve spent money on a special occasion (a birthday). I was also under the impression under 18s are out at 9 not 8:30 and this is at the managers discretion. Negative end to a nice evening and we felt unwanted and shan’t be returning at a result

It's a Fuller's pub dose what it said on the tin, very friendly landlord and staff, Excellent Real Ale in good condition, foods good as well, a really nice Boozers.

Lovely meal out with friends pre Christmas 🎄. The food is good, Brussel sprouts were hard like bullets, but the rest of the food was great.

Perfectly executed roast Sunday lunch with excellent service and particular attention paid to food allergies and intolerances. I appreciated the mini versions of pudding on offer.

Detta måste vara en av världens bästa engelska pubar. Här serveras underbar mat kan varmt rekommendera deras fisk and chips. Grymma Fries och en gigantisk friterad torsk. Till detta har de ett bra utbud av öl ock drinkar. Allt serveras med bra service. Många kul tema kvällar som jazzkväll etc Missa inte detta ställe när du besöker Ealing/Brentford

Perfect pour on my Guinness. Food was very good and I even ate some of the mushy peas. We watch rugby and the bar was full of energy.

Went here for a pint and some food after work. The pub had a nice beer garden (larger than expected) and a little play area for kids too. It is a welcoming pub and the food is good quality.

We were a large group (7) that turned up last minute. The weather was insanely bad and a music festival in the area seemed to overflow with some rowdy guests. The staff did wonders and the food was great too. Definitely recommend. Looks the business too

Great traditional local pub serving a good array of food and drinks including all Fullers' beers which has to be one of my favourite brewers. The Plough has a great heated and covered outside area as well as play area for children. Also dog friendly

No compromise on food. Asked for salad with chicken instead of veg and potatoes. Manager said if not on menu it cant be changed. Surely if you have all ingredients in kitchen chef can make changes. Server was friendly in contrast r manager of

The food at this very pleasant pub is excellent, nourishing, well presented and generously proportioned (as is usual in these parts). The service is friendly and punctual. Didn’t study the wine list, beers seem to cover most bases but is not particularly broad.

Disappointing for the Sunday lunches, Yorkshire pudding is bigger than the actual portion size for the plate. For 20 quid, 2 strips of beef, spoon of cabbage and a couple of roasties doesn’t justify price - there is better and more fulfilling options in Ealing

I was invited to an open-mic night by a friend I was meeting in person for the first time. I had no idea what a fantastic night I would have. The service was impeccable, including a great cider recommendation. The music had me entranced for hours, and the atmosphere & clientele were amazing. I was pretty thrilled meeting my friend in person, too! Can't wait to come back!!

Super friendly & patient with our excessive luggage for a long weekdays lunch while we waited for accommodation. High quality & healthy options for pub lunch, board games & the Pride was great.

Can't say enough nice things about this place. The graden is an oasis of calm in the busy city and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The food is decent, but no Ploughman's which I found odd. Still, I'm looking forward to going back.

Had a wonderful Sunday drink at the Plough and it was fantastic. The staff were very intuitive, keeping us topped up for drinks in their lovely garden and even though they didn't have any restaurant seating (all booked up for Father's Day) the staff were still very courteous and asked if we were okay and if we wanted anything to eat. Very family friendly, lots of pups and overall a warm community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone whether you're an Ealing local or a passer by. You will enjoy your visit!
