Staff behave so rude and worst service as well.

Total waste. They are actually bangladeshu restrorent but they project themself as India to attact Indian customer. Dont recommand

The man at the till so rude, don't know how to deal with customers. Me and my friend brought something and wanted to pay individually he charged 1 pound extra from each of us.

i'm so disappointed! i grab irani chomchom for ifter but the sweet was rubbish!! Probably the food was out of date for while!

Not very good customer service. Had to go the counter on three occasions to pick up order when they could of bought it all together to the table or the counter. They then served two other guys tea to their table. How unfair is that. One particular staff is also not too friendly.

My favourite place to chill with Bengali adda. Its situated at vallance road in Whitechapel. Staff and owner really caring and never miss the yougort and Bengali chai.. Nice place to hang out.. Please try..I never stop coming back to this Pran Shop. ❣️❣️❣️

Bad service! Food is very old with bad smell. Unless you want to be food poisoned 🤮 they also replied with a false statement that we wanted free food, nobody wants £3 free samosa we want quality food not old with re-heated. You need to think of customer and not try to give upset stomach. Now it's upto those who want to have diarrhoea! 🤢

This place is excellent for a nice hot cuppa, they also do Asian snacks like pani puri, fushka etc. If you fancy some Indian sweets they also cater for this. The place is clean and cozy. Prices are reasonable.

Food quality is horrible. I bought sweets from them and when I tried them at home I could taste they were old and very bad quality. I wasn’t feeling well after that, my stomach was hurting. I called them to ask for a refund and the man who I spoke to was extremely rude. He kept challenging that there is no way they’re food is bad, even after I clearly explained to him what the problem was. Usually when a customer complains in this manner you are supposed to simply apologise and give a refund. Instead, this man continued to argue with me and not once acknowledging the problem. He kept saying to complain to the company. Why would I do that ? That’s not my job. I bought it from his shop, so it is his responsibility to take care of it. I would advise people to completely boycott this shop as they are running a dishonest business. You will not receive good customer service unless you pretend to like they’re food. They don’t know what true customer service is. They don’t even deserve 1 star, if I had the option o would give them 0 stars !!

Best quality food sold here. Halim I recently took home also the praan doi and family members loved it. I recommended anyone that is in Whitechapel try out their food In Sha Allah you won't be disappointed :)

Great cafe with authentic Bengali tea, snacks and dessert. For a great price too! For first timers- I would point out that this cafe is usually packed with middle aged to elderly bengali men. I usually do a to go tea but sometimes seating is available.

Very bad service, and rude staff. He was eating while he was asking me what i want to drink. I told him that i want a latte double shout, and he made it single. He asked me for how many sugar i want. I told him that i want separate sugar, and he refused to do that. He said, we don t do that, you must tell me how much sugar do you want, and he was very rude, with an angry face. when i told him that i want 3 tea spoons, he reacted with a strange face, and he said: whaaaat? 3 spoooons? oook, you said that. Then i paid, i took my coffee and left. Never again
