Pret a Manger in Tower Hamlets

I've had coffee here for three years and I've never seen such a service and hope you improve.

Asked for a matcha and this it was I was given.

The staff is moody not friendly,I’m working over 17 years hospitality and it’s the most closest coffee shop to my Uni,but the staff behaviour is wrong!!!I know is difficult to deal with people but in the moment when I’m paying I should received what I ask for not to got judged if I ask milk for a tea,and it’s happened several times….,I never been rude to them so

Coffee is ok but internet is rubbish. Remind me of the 90’s.

Nice branch just opposite South Quay DLR. Food: Milky Oat Macchiato with a chocolate croissant 🥐 was good 👍🏽 Service: In comparison to other neighbouring Pret branches, I think the general customer service can be improved. (Visited this branch multiple times) Atmosphere: Plenty of seating options inside.

Arrogant and rude staff! Should invest more in the training of the guys, you can hear them just swear behind the bar, no attention for customer service. Will not be back!!!

10 quid for a yogurt and sandwich, not sure what happened to Pret! The service charge to sit down on the dirty tables makes no sense either

Advertised opening time is 0630. Just tried to get in at 1015- staff inside chatting, doors locked. They ignored us; no sign on the window to explain why it's closed and if we should wait.

I love Pret A Manger but this brand it doesn’t really have nice stuff. They were several times rude to me. I am always with a smile on my face and I know how hard is to work with people. But it wasn’t only one time. The stuff is always moody , replying back to me very rude and make me feel bad that I chose to go there and order my coffee. Especially a lady with Fringe is the rudest one I will never go there again

Friendly staff and specious place to do your tasks while enjoying your food and drinks. Clean toilets and cold tap water are perfect. The coffee shop is closed in weekends and during working days it closed at 3 pm.

Went in around 10.00am this morning served by a very brash man possibly the manager, sweating a lot and cursing as the tills wouldn't work for him, almost threw my change back at me. I didn't get his name as he had his name badge turned inwards.Sat down in the far seats by the river noticed my table hadn't been cleaned at all, sat and ate my sandwich which was very tasty,for around half an hour and watched people come and go from the nearby tables and not once did someone come round to clean and re service the tables, this is not good in these covid times.

It was really good... you will feel reallly homely there.... there staff is very attentive..... I am going from last 2 years now.... I really liked this place..... Recommended this place..... Thank you Pret A Manager🙏🙂🙂

How is possible to pay extra money for it in?? Fee for it in whst is that? Feeling stollen from my pocket when I have to pay 2£ more on receipt just for eating in. Never come back there again.

Certainly not open 24/7 as I find it closed more often than not myself, in fact the Pret around the corner in Harbour Exchange opens more hours. Verify in pret's website.

Fewer options than New York, but still a great place to go to for a quick healthy bite. However, choices are VERY limited if you go in the evening so don’t expect to find much here.

The staff was super attentive when I went in for a breastfeeding emergency. Can't recommend highly enough

Always an outstanding service in this little store. You'll always find the fridges full of food. Only downside, the prices. You practically need a mortgage to afford the cost of your lunch.

Bakewell tart is excellent but size is too small for the price charged. Most food is really good but an over zealous use of coriander and smoked this and that. The place is definitely expensive for what they sell and the portions are quite small

Grabbed a tea from here whilst waiting on Boots to open - one of the few coffee shops which is open as early especially at the weekend which is good. Limited selection of snacks and sandwiches available - service was quick but not very personable or friendly.

Closed on Sundays like most businesses in Canary Wharf which is dissapointing.

Worst Espresso I have ever had in my life. I asked for ristretto and they gave me like 8oz of coffee... Little tip: If you don’t know what is a ristretto, don’t say yes to the customer and then make as you want. Ridiculous.

Great location and view! Pleanty of seats! If you are fan of real flat white, dot't try it here! Real disappoinment! Taste like white americano, barista don't know the difference!

Cibo ottimo , sandwich anche caldi, molta scelta e soprattutto prezzi modici!!
