Wing Wah in Gloucester

Ordered afew times from this takeaway. Food is made on time that they give us and was very tasty. I tried vegetarian chowmein and salt n peper prawns which is very tastey. Curry sauce is decent aswell. Worth a try

The customer service representatives displayed unprofessional behaviour, openly mocking the situation surrounding the cancellation of my order due to the unavailability of delivery drivers. This included derogatory remarks regarding the handling of my payment.

When food arrived it was semi warm, I know it's new years eve but taking 3HRS to make and deliver is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I spent £100+ on meal....!!!! When calling the company it line is ALWAYS engaged!!!!

Always wanted to try here and pleased did as was really good. I had Chicken Curry and Egg fried rice and my partner had Beef noodles. He did ask for mushrooms but didn't get but said was still nice. It is situated just off Kingsholm Road and it's on the road opposite Kingsholm rugby club. Definitely go again and recommend

The food arrived earlier which was a bonus as hungry food was piping hot and very nice as always. Wing wah have never disappointed, i would recommend!

Food wasn’t the greatest- we’ve actually left most of it, which is frustrating to say the least! Food turned up an hour later than stated, although delivery driver was extremely kind and apologetic. Hate saying anything remotely bad about any business, however in this case, I have to.

30 mins before the delivery time, we got a message to say courier on his way! But when the food was eventually delivered 30 mins later, the food was cold, the balls were soggy, not good at all!

Ordered food, did not turn up and no answer on the phone! All other Chinese’s are now shut. How annoying, a little contact would have been fine.

Always impressive quality and taste from Wing Wah.

Came to grab a quick take away on my way home last night before driving. The staff member at the window was incredibly nice (they take card, which was really handy) and helpful with my order. The food was really delicious. The front of house seems very clean and like it’s taken good care of. Also….Good value! And would recommend the Salt and Pepper Chicken

Would be nice if you do omelette separate on its own than having it with chips

Really lovely food as always. Had the duck pancakes and they were great. Just a long waiting time.

Food was good and cooked. Just seemed a little anaemic could of done with more, in my opinion. The trays could have been wrapped to hold the heat a little more although was hot enough. When delivered earlier than expected.

Waited 2 hours for delivery nearly cancelled.Missing an item will not be ordering again!!

Tasted over cooked and came cold and was much earlier than said it would it be.

The food was on !! I couldn’t tell the difference between special fried rice and yung chow fried rise other than the 4 bits of tough meat and the smallest amount of sauce on top. The chicken balls were excellent. The meal was for 4 plenty of food not the best by certainly not the worse I’ve had

Prawn crackers weren’t the greatest, curry sauce didn’t taste authentic was more sweet. Chips were under done and still hard. Thought the noodles would’ve been plain but that’s my own fault. Service was lovely but shame about the food

I’ve had this dish every time I’ve ordered and this time it was insane how spicy it was - I’m afraid it was inedible. I had 2 mouthfuls and couldn’t eat anymore -

usually a great Chinese though this time service was poor, delayed order for an hour, turned up and not that hot in comparison to each previous order, chicken balls were over cooked the chicken and mushroom was more onion and carrot. hope it's just a one off and they will be back to good next time

Fantastic food as always. Possibly the best in town.

Food was disgusting, missing part of my order. Chips in particular were cold, had a tonne of oil absorbed in them but hard. Literally tasted like oily cardboard. Chicken skewers were cold and sauce really spicy in places but not all of it. For the price it was really disappointing. For sure won’t be ordering here again, I’ll stick to good wok, cheaper and better quality.

The negative was I asked for barbecue spare ribs, didn’t tick the box for barbecue sauce, didn’t tick the box for syrup, so was expecting dry barbecue spare ribs, no got ribs soaked in something, not good!!! BUT special foo yung and chicken fried rice was lovely and hot and tasty.

worst Chinese food I've ever had.

We rang after the delivery window passed and there had been an “error in the kitchen” and it hadn’t been cooked! Had to wait another 45 mins before it arrived.

Won’t be ordering again . Food was cold. Chow Mein had no sauce and was bland . Sauce was congested like it been sat for awhile . Rice was bland and like cardboard. Had to order from somewhere else . So upset

Everything I eat from them is always delicious! Importantly, after the meal I feel great and have natural positive energy... Respect!!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews as this is someone’s business and how they pay the bills but after my last experience I feel I should. I’ve ordered from here 2x. Chicken chow mein is slimy and chips stale. Last time I was violently sick. Lost 2 days of work and now can’t even smell or eat Chinese food without feeling sick. Health inspector needs to visit

Excellent food with quicker than expected delivery

Oyster sauce was just water, crispy chilli beef was soggy and not crispy and the chow mein noodles were mushy. Spring rolls were okay. VERY unimpressed with food quality - for £40.

Food was bland, cold, chicken was terrible quality. Hurt my tooth on something hard in my meal. To be honest it’s wasn’t just a waste of money it was disgusting.

me and my autistic deaf som called up and was denied service, when i started crying she said she would find me and chin me and my son out of our Council flat. this is shocking

Last night me and my family came to eat out. We found mould in the corners of the room and this put us off our food. To add to this my son who had is arm removed last year was giving his cutlery but could use it due to having one arm, therefore i told him to eat with his hands since he is still a young boy. The workers then got funny with me for having a son with a disability and were constantly making fun of him behind his back. This behaviour is unacceptable to a public restaurant.

When I ordered I was mistaken for a prank caller and when I explained the owner said that she will not be serving me and that she closed even though there was an hour until she closed 😡🤬ps. Get your money up not your beef choumane up 🤑😎🥶🍖💸💲💷💵💶

Was ok, I ordered a pancake roll and received 2 x spring rolls, also the food wasn't hot it was luke warm, should be delivered using an insulated bag. Plastic bag does cut it.

keep giving us day old rice with our food and beef in the curry was like leather so wouldn't surprise me if the Currys were a day old too!

chicken balls weren't cooked properly - could only eat 2 of them. rice was ok, rice cracker were alright. got a whole bottle of soy sauce, so that's nice.

Very disappointed with the food quality especially considering a high cost of it. Arrived barely warm and tasteless . Will never order from this place again.

Chicken chow mien bland, plain chow mien, how can they call it that was just noodles, no onion or bean sprouts, cost me nearly £40.00 no chance of this happening again, will order elsewhere
