I did not actually go into this cafe but witnessed an amazing act of humanity from the 2 staff members inside their store during the late shift of 14/09/2023. Without going into too much detail, where others would've kicked someone out of the store these two ladies ensured that their customer was dealt with, with compassion, humanity, patience. Great to see kind people still in the world.

Although cannot complain about the food, the service is bad. Slow, careless, non hygienic (food should be served with gloves on). No issues with these teenagers who work. It’s all about management and the way the facilities are run. Customer service doesn’t exist here, got lost somewhere in a bin.

We went to claim the free mcmuffins and the app wasn't working for anyone in there. Jush (the manager) sorted everyone's orders out and not one person left disappointed. He's an excellent manager and did well in a stressful situation.

The wings were absolutely disgusting. Tasteless, hard and overcooked. No flavour no seasoning just foul!! They tasted like Iceland wings that had been reheated. No one in household would eat them. Not even the cat or next door neighbours dog!! We ended up throwing the majority in the bin. Disgusting.

The name is NOT ottoman kitchen, no bar tender, dishes came without the correct accompaniments, £17 for about 3 handfuls of salad with 5 lumps of feta and no dressing posing as "greek salad". However the staff were nice, the Sigara borega (feta cheese in filo pastry) was delicious.

First time in this store for a number of years and clearly an upgrading has taken place. Nice smart layout but basically much the same as before. Pretty limited menu and much pre-packed but does as it is meant to do ie somewhere to eat when shopping. Would use again but only when doing my shopping.

The mixed kebab somehow didn't taste like a mixed kebab

Placed order online, I know they don’t care about the reviews as I have seen other reviews from customers. But honestly it’s the worst pizza I ever had. You can see in pictures it wasn’t cooked properly, and I ordered Normal crust they sent the thin uncooked crust pizza and I paid for extra olives but there is no olives at all in the toppings. And the pizza arrived late and it wasn’t even hot. We received a cold pizza . Worst experience I’ve had ever.i Called to explain they disconnect my call.

Do not order from DeLush Burger House. Absolutely disgusting place starting with the food and ending with the staff/ Manager. Just placed a order from them tonight 5th November 2021 and omg where do I start. Firstly took forever, then when it finally arrived I didn't even get what I ordered. All I wanted was a burger some chips and a spaghetti bolognaise with Garlic bread. I was given 2 burgers some rank sweet potatoes fries and 2 cans of Coke. Not my order, so rang them, I spoke to a worker and tried to tell them that I had been given the wrong order. He started complaining that he had no credit to phone us to say that he had no Garlic bread, spaghetti or chips. I said why didn't he use the shop phone, he complained that he had no staff, that he was the only worker there and he did not have time to do anything and no time to talk to me. I asked to Speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I said that he should have credit on his phone if he managing a business and needed to speak to his customers, he told me and I quote" it is none of my business if he had credit ", I was flabbergasted he was the one whom told me he had no credit. He then told me I can complain online, I can ring whoever he didn't care , he was the only one there and didn't want to talk to me. I said you need to shut the shop as you can not run it like this, that you are just taking people's money and not providing the service. I asked for a refund, he said no that he gave me alternatives ( more expensive) I was like not what I asked for you are telling me what I want to eat. I said you are the manager and that ycan give me a refund, he just told me that I do not want to talk to me any more and goodbye and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting place and staff, I will certainly be taking this further. Had to give 1 star only so I could leave a review, otherwise would have given minus stars.

Worse Mc Donald's I have ever been too hands down.... too many delivery services waiting both in and outside.... service area is strange and very badly organised... food is always slapped together... wonky burgers, tepid hot drinks and warm cold drinks were they all made well ahead of food arriving.... avoid like the plague!

Good experience before but this time served raw chicken mixed with cooked one as rushing to close i guess, or because guy in front was complaining about long wait, and said its raw. I defended cook then at home after couple bites with chewy i thought vaines, i digged to see its undercooked standing in room temp chicken. Im a chef and I’d expect them to feel bad and apologies for it but not there, i was called “drunk and high” and told to come in and i will be shown the chicken basically threatened me for complaining. Dont eat there place shall soon be shut down by EHO for missing food hygine trainings, basic hygiene, surely missing records of temps hot holding etc. and possible violence, im about to find out unless gentlemen decide to eat his kebab im about to handle him back.

Just been rated worst place in Northampton for food hygiene by the council… 27/11/23 Article in the local paper says live cockroaches in the kitchen and dirty everywhere… AVOID!!

I will not be ordering from these guys again. they didn't care one little bit that my order didn't arrive
