Nice and clean with friendly staff

Very good atmosphere here, and the service was really good. We were a big group and they took good care of us. The pizza looked amazing, but the roast really wasn’t up to much.

Went for their Xmas afternoon tea. Really great value for money, lovely food, good atmosphere and staff friendly and attentive.

Popped in to watch the football, very nice pub (proper) the barlady was very cold grumpy and unwelcoming.

Roast dinner 10/10, lovely. Apple crumble is big enough to share! Team and customers friendly. Colouring for kids too.

Looked lovely from the outside and the right hand side of the bar was lovely. We were soon told to move to the next side as it was being closed. Staff were not helpful even when we tried to pay. When we tried to get the fire going we told to not touch the fire we’re not liable. I suggest you put some signs up if customers are not allowed to touch the fire. Having been advised that we should ask a member of staff to get the fire going, we would have if paying for a drink wasn’t so difficult in the first place. Won’t be going back.

Really disappointed this was the worst Premier Inn regards to accommodation we have stayed in. The room was dusty, had mold in places, water all over the window and stuffy. All night could hear the sound of people walking around upstairs the floorboards were squicky. Worst night sleep. Staff were polite. The breakfast was serviced in a dinner room and food was fresh. Had to get tea from Mc Donalds as the restaurant next door was a Miller and Carter.

New self service till are absolutely awful no personal touches or even any Interaction this is how they will save paying staff and replace them with computer

Noisy, crowded bar. Public tend to stand at the small bar even though there's seating.

Ordered food for delivery after 20 minutes Oder was cancelled.

Food always hot n perfect, don't skimp on topping, drivers always polite, deffo recommend

The restaurant is amazing and a must go!!! Lucy and Allie were very friendly and even helped us with our parking. The food was beyond exceptional and if I am ever back in this area again, I will be sure to stop at the restaurant and try the hotel!

we went in and we're ignored for about 10 minutes until someone finnaly came but then we were rejected a walk in as they were short staffed, then the employee walked away mid conversation.
