Just moved to area ⊠looked traditional good English fish shop unfortunately itâs not âŠPrices are top money which I donât mind if the product is tops BUT ITS NOT ⊠the frier I assume the boss is miserable aswell⊠use the other chip shop in high street now itâs better

Ordered chicken doner and chips. Live 5 mins away, got home and it was all freezing cold. Chips were hard, probably left from lunchtime, salad was limp and again probably left from day before. Havenât been here for a while and definately wonât be going back.

Used to love this Chinese.. only had it once since they apparently 'revamped' the Web site. Food in bag was actually dripping with grease !! Yuck!! And the rice was so stodgy I had to literally cut it with a knife. I'd been dreaming of my fave chinese all day....Well disappointed âčïžđ„ș And what's with the ÂŁ1.50 delivery and service charge?? Am I paying for their revamped updates. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. đ

I have been a loyal and regular customer of this establishment since they opened. However, of late I have been very disappointed in the service that I have received. I ordered a delivery and after 40 minutes waiting and no sign of my food I contacted the shop and they informed me that is out on delivery, after another 10-15 minutes I rung them again as my food still hadnât arrived and again was told it was on its way. After further time passing and still no food arriving I again rung them as was again told that my food is on its way and that the driver was in Epping on a delivery as he had a number of deliveries to make and that he has got my order and it will be delivered ASAP, as to this, my food had been sent out for delivery approximately an hour ago with other orders and the driver was delivering around Epping and surrounding areas as informed, as to this I informed them that I will not accept my food as it will obviously be cold and I asked the shop to re-cook my order fresh. Finally and after waiting 2 hours my food was delivered, when opening my food there was half my food order missing so again having to ring the shop and tell them, no apology but was told that they will sent out the missing food, this they done and finally I was able to eat. The following week I ordered again and after waiting again for a long time for my delivery I had to ring the shop yet again, first of all I was told that the order hadnât been sent out yet so I told them to cancel my order, in the same conversation after the person speaking to whomever was in charge I was told that my order had been sent out and was on its way, after about 20 minutes my delivery arrived. Guess what! When opening my food I was again missing half my order, yes rung the shop again and they had to send out the missing items again. As to the above, being a loyal and regular customer and being treated this way it is clear that they do not care about their customers,, they didnât even offer me a refund or free/discounted meal so I will not be using them again and will use another.
