The best restaurants in Toddbrook Harlow East of England

The food was amazing and our waiter, named Megan, was so kind! We ordered a Grilled Chicken Ramen with a Cherry Blossom Lemonade. The ramen was thick and large but brilliant. The Lemonade was not good but not bad. Megan, If you are reading this, thank you.

Good food and price but missing items again that’s twice now !!!! Really annoying

Every time we come here we have great time.

Coffee was tasteless, despite asking for the drink to be made again it came out the same. toilets were a filth hole and it is over priced and dirty. I have been a frequent visitor for the many years this place has been open but today’s visit was my last.

Have been to this place on many occasions and always had good service with very friendly staff. However today we ordered our lunch and received our drinks order , we waited 40 minutes without any food arriving we tried to attract someone’s attention which was difficult , when finally someone deemed to speak to us it we were informed that there was a technical issue !!! However other customers who came in after us were served while we sat like idiots waiting. They had clearly forgot our order completely as when we brought this to their attention they begun putting the order through. !!! I understand problems can happen but no apology was offered or given , we informed them that we were not prepared to wait and paid for our drinks and left ! They didn’t seem bothered at all about the poor service and couldn’t have cared less!!! Not sure we will be returning any time soon ! Shame…

We needed a dietary request, so we wanted to order at the counter. The staff told us to order at the ordering kiosks, however we said we need to order here. The staff member questioned why, we advised we had a special order that cannot be placed at the kiosks. The people in front of us gave up and went somewhere else, as the staff were rude, and not interested in serving. Once we was served, we managed to get our order placed, when it did arrive. The food was good as it was always. The seating area has had a refurbishment but there is now less space to sit down as half of the building has been blocked off. Don't forget you can use your taste card for 25%.

A filthy place with very unhelpful staff

I have to write a review purely as a warning because they have made me ill. Made a huge order for 5 people, everyone's food was okay for the most part but whatever I had that was separate to everyone else made me violently sick. Most likely the hot and sour soup as half of it was vinegar, most likely to disguise the fact it was old. You'd expect fresh food on a Saturday night but this obviously isn't the case.

I didn’t recommend,not clean space

ordered a kids meal and a Eight piece chicken meal And they forgot the chips gave me 7 wings got the wrong drink The number is out of service Can't get hold of them .... and the food was cold 🤦🏽‍♀️ pi**** me right off

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.
