I often come here, there are always tables available. Delicious food and pleasant friendly staff!

We came to Pizza Express Luton on our way back from Whipsnade Park. We were on a tight time schedule and Simon was absolutely brilliant. Our meal came amazingly quickly and the food was delicious. Outstanding service, highly recommended. Directions to the train station were spot on.Thank you Simon and the team.

Never had Papa John pizza before and I can say with 100% certainty I will not be having it again! Tracking on the website said that the pizza was delivered, it wasn’t, I called them and was told quite abruptly that it would be a few minutes, it turned up almost 15 minutes later! The pizza itself was chewy and not much taste, the chicken sides were very salty. Overall not a pleasant experience. Charging the same as the bigger named pizza outlets without the same quality!

Ordered my cookie doughs with ice cream to be missing the ice cream apon delivery :(

I ordered veg pizza buy 1 get 1 free for 15.99£ . I requested him to let me know any offers about this .The person who is at the counter( manager) while we was ordering he was answering very rude and was giving rude answers to us. Very worst customer service.

Ordered food for myself and family after a funeral. I paid quite a bit, They took my money out of my bank and then called an hour later saying we can’t deliver and slammed the phone down. I rang back several times and they ignored me and laughed down the phone, then slammed the phone down again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

What a rip off. Ordered 10 peri peri wings and paid £9. Got home to find 7 wings, 4 of which were basically bones. If I'd lived closer I'd have gone back. Joke of a place - never again.

The food was very tasty. The serving size was good too. The owner said they've been in business since 1984. That's impressive.
