The best restaurants in Luton East of England

The Crown used to be such a friendly fun place to go. But since the new so called manager took over its anything but friendly. Please can we get Ness and Josh back, or at least someone who cares about pubs and the people who use them.

Seven of us enjoyed a Ladies' Lunch here. The menu is wide ranging, with traditional pub lunch favourites plus interesting and unusual items, and all food seems to be freshly home-cooked. The service was professional and friendly, the prices were reasonable, plenty of parking.... what's not to like ?

Went to pick up some food for the kids.

Don't sit in store it is freezing cold in the winter. The food is great but everything i come into store there's a delay so I tried to order via the app, later on I called to see if I could come early to pick it up and they said "it's ready now you can come now" just for me to come in and they hadn't started yet. Horrid service.

Good for a one night stay. Small room. Comfortable bed. We were close to the lift and didn't hear a thing. 13 mins walk with cases to the terminal. There are buses throughout the night from outside the Holiday Inn next door. Only had cheesecake downstairs on the table and chairs near reception, which didn't taste very nice

Ordered a takeaway and picked it up myself live about 5min away Food was stone cold by the time I got home was not in traffic before you say. Was annoying they missed an item which I ordered kinda disappointed when cashier assured me everything was inside but I should’ve doubled checked would’ve gave them a four if the food was at least warm

I took Kaleem and Bindi bhaji with Nan. People are very good and nice and friendly order to call most like more than half an hour for takeaway. Even I made out around like 2 o’clock I guess but when I had that Halim after that my stomach got upset. Even after the night next day as well I will keep going to the toilet and Haleem wasn’t taste like Haleem so I don’t know why people don’t make quality food even though portion was £10 and like Bendy bhaji as well no taste in the food at all and made my stomach upset as well.

Popular venue. The team was efficient as per traffic flow. There is no seating due to the laptop residents. Sandwich orders were mixed up. This potential will result in customers with allergies/tolerance getting sick.

Ridiculously slow delivery. Food arrived cold. Very disappointing.

Absolutely great pizza and very fast delivery. I would recommend "The Works" with a stuffed crust for maximum cheese experience.

This used to be one of my favourite places for consistently good food. Disappointed that I can’t get a fresh portion of chips for £1.75. These are stale and obviously just reheated, won’t be back.

Missing 3 items from the meal deal

It would be delicious, but it's so spicy that We can't eat it. I'm pregnant and I had to throw up after 2 bites of sweet and sour chicken.😢
