We have had a takeaway/delivery a few times. The service is excellent and the food is the best Indian takeaway we have had.

Much slower than quoted and unhelpful replies... Not recommended if always the same

Attempted to place a takeaway order, after 10 minutes, had a text through to say they’d cancelled our order. Tried to call the restaurant to question why and they either declined the calls or left it ringing and ringing. Shocking service really.

Just about to start using the tyre pressure air pump. But a “helpfull” attendant arrived and pointed out the adjacent pump. -brand new. Did not work after selecting pressures, refusing to accept a choice of 2 touch debit cards. Back to pump 1, not accepting a choice of 3 cards. Waste of time. I do hope that they have sorted the pumps. Also, most othe pumps are £1 touch debit cards use, these wanted £1.50! Small money I know, only if they worked.

Lovely place to dine in, with nice Chinese New Year decorations. All delicious Chinese foods, varieties of food choices. I enjoyed my food today. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

Brilliant pub, fantastic choice of foods. Loved the lamb Sunday roast. The scotch egg starter was lovely, the burger was well cooked and very tasty.

We can't wait to go this restaurant again! I wasn't well and straight away felt at ease. The owner is a lovely lady and consistently tried her best to help my mother and I with our dietary restrictions. She was very welcoming and caring about our situation, as was her friend Carol. Her son made the food and it was delicious. We had a whole grilled seabass, salad and chips, as well as grilled salmon, salad and chips. Everything was gluten free and dairy free. The chilli pepper dip was really lovely (we couldn't have the other complementary dips and bread due to our dietary requirements). The setting is gorgeous and so we sat on the couch by the wall so we could see the whole restaurant. The food took a while to come, but it was well worth the wait. There were no issues and everything was as we asked for. Fairly priced for all the above. Service wasn't on the bill, so of course we gave a good tip as a thank you. Try this restaurant - you won't regret it and you'll leave looking forward to your next visit.

Went in after work on Saturday for a takeaway at around 17:45 to be told they were closed, they close at 18:00 i checked as i went in, why stay open until 18:00 if you can't manage a takeaway coffee at quarter to. I wouldn't mind but I also work in town and have been in at that time before because I have had to stay late to cash up after dealing with customers until the closing minutes, and I have been served without issue. Why it was an issue today is beyond me. I won't criticise them for standing around chatting at the time because we all do it I get it. But if Nero doesn't want people's custom then fine I'll go elsewhere, coffee is better elsewhere anyway only popped in because I had a voucher. Won't bother again.

Went in for a takeaway on a Friday night, not busy so can't understand why chips were anaemic, saveloy was stone cold and didn't even pack pie that was ordered, none of this was known until we got home. Definitely won't be going there again

Great service, very speedy and received with smile

The meal was amazing and absolutely delicious, all at a very reasonable price. The service was lovely and attentive. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit quiet as there weren’t many people dining, but overall it was a great experience.

Ordered a chips and a battered sausage.Got charged for more. Unimpressed.
