Walked in just as they were closing and clearing up, yet received a really warm welcome as I'd we were the first customers of the day. Lovely old school tea shop with great cakes, friendly service and a welcome break from the rain. Would recommend when visiting Wells

We went to Hoveton Hall Garden on a rainy day. We stopped at the cafe twice. Once for drinks and then for lunch. The fish finger sandwiches were great. We had toasted banana bread with honey and a brownie. Both were fantastic. Both members of staff were lovely and really helpful. The barn was lovely and warm with the log burner. Many thanks for great service.

We’ve been coming here for years. The food is always good and a welcoming stop with the dog after a long walk. The only thing that really lets it down is the coffee and cake. I’d love to see some homemade local cakes on offer instead of the prepackaged tasteless ones they sell. You’ve got to have decent coffee and cake after a cold wet dog walk! Norfolk offers great coffee everywhere now and it seems the court yard cafe at Holkham is lagging behind.

Our annual trip to this quirky tearoom didn’t disappoint. The cheerful owner is happy to provide food n drink in any combination you choose. But why you wouldn’t want their treacle tart and custard is beyond me! Great service, fab home cooked treats, reasonable prices and an interesting mini antiques centre to browse … what’s not to like??!!

Regularly visit The Seaview Cafe during seasonal opening hours for its good quality and fair prices. During winter visit to dog walk. On visiting today, 22nd November found their new coffee van on the car park. Their normal high quality and fair prices, tasty toasties, cakes and selection of hot drinks. Sadly no bacon sandwiches, the best on the coast, but toasties really delicious. They are there Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Certainly recommend a visit after a brisk cliff walk.

We were on holiday and wanted our lunch. Called into the cafe, we were going to have the cottage pie, I asked if there were peas in it, I was told yes, so I said I only wanted one then for my husband, and I’d have the liver & onions with mash and bacon strips. When it came the gravy was mixed with peas, lots of them mixed in with it! Peas was not mentioned on the menu,I could’ve taken it back, but they were busy, so I just moved it all around abit. I went home hungry, and they are £12 better off. Lovely cafe, roomy, polite. But not again. I hate peas!
