Been coming here for years but now has new owners. I wish them well but it’s been modernised and has lost its old seaside charm. Fewer seats inside for cooler days, no displays of quick food to eat. For me it’s just lost its appeal. I’m sad.

We found this Thai restaurant on Tripadvisor and it was as good as the reviews. The menu was vast and everything was homemade. Portions were a good size and everything was delicious. If you don't like the food spicy, just tell them when you order otherwise it might come a bit too spicy for you. We had the Som Tum, which was very spicy, but authentic. The crispy beef was yummy, the spring rolls filled with Larb chicken a must. We were lucky to have crab fried rice and we had that with sizzling king prawns. We will definitely go back when we visit Norfolk again.

This is not called il Caprese anymore - Michael’s Bistro as it is now called, was lovely for starters but the main courses were disappointing - it’s a shame’s especially the ramen which was without chili

Our last two visits here have not been the best. Our previous visit when we got home we found one of the fishes has been cooked a 2nd time so was overcooked and dry. Our last visit we had a half cod and standard cod. The half cod was nearly all batter and little fish and the standard cod had soggy batter so was not pleasant to eat. Maybe wrapping in paper doesn't help⁹

A family lunch with my wife, Mother-In-Law, and friend. We've been a few times before and always came away feeling happy and well fed. Yesterday was no exception. The food was absolutely superb, hot, and excellent value for money. Ronan is a great guy and host. Andrew was very attentive and made sure all was well. We will be back again in the new year, several times no doubt. An absolute gem.

Been here before as we are fairly local and it was good. But this time terrible and very expensive we had roast pork with apple sauce, stuffing and crackling. Meat was mostly really Fatty and baguette was filled mostly with stuffing best bit was the crackling. At £8 each I expect far better just ripping off the holiday makers. Don’t think we will be going again. It was barely warm so back to the pie man at sheringham for us.

We stopped here on the off chance and so very glad we did. Hubby ordered fish chowder with a big crusty roll and I had crab and butternut squash soup with a roll too. It was a cold and very rainy day and this just hit the spot. Can honestly say it’s the best homemade soup either of us have ever had, which is the reason for the review. Absolutely delicious. Thank you

Stopped here for a family lunch of 6 whilst visiting Cromer. So impressed with the size and quality of food. Fresh bread, thick cut bacon and softly baked jacket potatoes. Fantastic value and lovely service.

Cute little place quite snug. Service is friendly but Eggs Benedict came with dried out muffin you could not fit into murdered bacon and poached eggs where rather well done, hollandaise is Alfredo straight out of the bottle. All in all a very disappointing breakfast

We had been here before but didn’t leave a review. So on our visit to the shrine in Walsingham my wife and I decided to revisit Read and Digest Tea Room. It was a chilly day and we went in and there were tables available. The lady owner was very friendly and gave us the menus. We both opted for the mushroom soup I had tiger bread with it and my wife had a cheese scone. The place is quirky and interesting and a nice calm atmosphere. Our soups arrived with a decaf latte for my wife and a pot of Assam tea for me. The soup was delicious, full of flavour and warm the scone/bread was accompanied with a quality small pot of butter. The tea was stunning, I even asked the lady where did she get the leaves from and she made a concerted effort to give me the website. A lovely calm lunch experience and this will be our go to place when we return.
