The best restaurants in Waveney East of England

What a rip off for £23! They had hardly any chips left, so rather than cook fresh ones they gave us the scraps they had left! Bear in mind it was only 12:30, not close to closing time! Chewy dried up chips! Fish was ok, nothing special. All very greasy and below average!

We have visited Gelato and Sorbetto on a number of occasions and can honestly say the food and service is always impeccable. We have often been served by Jake, who always makes our visits all the more enjoyable. He is chatty, friendly, sociable, and altogether a pleasant, affable, and humorous individual. We will certainly be visiting again, and look forward to seeing Jake again when we do!

Been here a few times and keeps getting better. Lovely bit of fish and chips along with fair prices. Can't go wrong ordering from here 👍

hello there, I bought a pizza and garlic bread in store today about 35 minutes ago. the pizza is delicious as always and I was served by a very helpful lady named Lisa, Lisa was very helpful friendly and polite and I appreciate that very much, thankyou Lisa for your assistance today.

Best skate and chips in town. Staff very friendly, delivery driver a credit to them. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet site with a short walk into town. Pub now closed unfortunately. Sign of the times I guess. Clean facilities on site with one toilet and one shower. (Only went in gents side). Fresh water, grey waste and elsan point on site too. Warm welcome by the owners and left to enjoy the area. Little bit of road noise during the day but this quietens down as the evening goes on.

Well I'm gobsmacked how anyone can hike their prices so much. I understand that prices have gone up but crafty as they are they try and bulk out what you order with veg or more sauce and to crown it all the actual containers it is served in are smaller. Seems we are living in rip off Briton

Good service, meal ample and tasty, nice venue.

Ordered large cod and chips. Batter was soggy, chips were probably kept warm since lunchtime. The sort of meal I would expect to be served to drunks late at night walking home

I really love superfry and drive 30mins there to get my food but recently it’s gotten so salty which is such a shame as like I say the food is normally great!

We recently held a family party at the Lady. We were so impressed, the staff were excellent, particularly Harmony, who is an absolute credit to the place. Thank you so much for making our evening so enjoyable.

£39 for a 3 course Sunday lunch or £36 for 2 courses?! No veggie roast dinner option although I was offered frozen veg sausages or just a load of veg. It was VERY expensive for an average service and an ok meal. The carrots were hard and no green veg but other than that it was ok just VERY expensive for what it was. Also the front.l of the building needs some attention, entering is quite depressing with peeling paint etc Also we ate in the bar and a local came in and was chatting away to the bar man and frequently swearing at high wasn’t pleasant
