Very well located and pleasant hotel with a rest room available in which we can meet people around a coffee! + Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Building a little noisy since we can hear the neighbors in the rooms next door or the street. The fact remains that when you have spent a day visiting London, it is not difficult to fall asleep soundly and not hear anything. ^^ (And wear earplugs!) Downside regarding the toilets which did not seem to be cleaned during the day. Toilet paper was not added, we had to ask for it. Which is still a shame for the price we pay…

This coffee shop is simply the bottom. When I flew to London from Poland, during a free day on a business trip, I was craving a cup of good coffee, so I visited this establishment, but it turned out to be my biggest mistake. The waiter greeted me in a very negative way, insulting my elegant attire and Polish accent in pronunciation. Then, when I ordered coffee, he brought it to me and then poured it on my jacket. Simply a scandal, if anyone intends to visit this establishment, I advise against it and encourage you to go to “The Fitzrovia Belle,” which is located across the street from this awful cafe.

ROKA on Charlotte Street, Soho, deserves nothing less than 5 stars 🌟. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely electric—a vibrant buzz of happy diners, lively yet relaxing music, and an inviting energy that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The highlight? The incredible open kitchen where talented chefs worked their magic right before our eyes, preparing dishes with precision and flair. It was a true spectacle that added to the experience. This was a celebration of meat at its finest. Every dish was a masterpiece—succulent pork ribs, tender lamb chops, melt-in-your-mouth black cod, perfectly cooked salmon, and flavorful chicken wings. Each bite was bursting with flavor and presented with genuine care by a friendly, attentive team. Though the ribs were initially lukewarm, they were quickly whisked away and returned hot and fresh—a seamless correction that showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. ROKA is a perfect blend of exceptional food, great service, and an unbeatable atmosphere. It’s an indulgent experience, but one where every penny feels well spent. We left satisfied, energized, and ready for the comedy club—already planning our next visit to explore more ROKA locations. Bravo to the team for creating such a memorable dining adventure!

Este lugar nunca decepciona, una velada llena de diversión tan fabulosa. Excelente servicio por parte de todo el equipo desde que llegaste hasta que te fuiste, la recepción, el maitre de, los camareros, el personal del bar, guardarropa y portero todo muy atento. La atención al detalle es excelente. Verdadera comida griega, pero no almuerzo si va a cenar, ya que las porciones son muy generosas! El entretenimiento en vivo es excelente, 3 cantantes, la hermosa bailarina del vientre y la ruptura de platos es una gran adición a su noche. Tomamos 25 de nuestro equipo como su fiesta de fin de año y tuvieron una gran noche.

Beware of the dishonesty of the staff at the checkout. They pretend to understand and then make you pay extra on the receipt. They definitely don't cater to customers. I recommend purchasing on the museum website and not paying on site.

O espaço apresenta uma conjugação de conceitos arquitectónicos absolutamente exclusivos. Mistura aspectos da construção original dos claustros do Convento da Igreja dos Mártires, como as abóbadas em pedra descascada e os pilares estruturais da sala, com elementos modernos, de design arrojado. A decoração cuidada é resultado do trabalho de Miguel Câncio Martins. Para os dias de maior calor, oferece uma pequena e agradável esplanada.

There is nothing surprising about chicken at Nando’s. It’s great (generally) no frill food, loved by people across Britain, you get in, you’re seated, you go and place your order, you pay, food is brought to you (on this visit really quick) you enjoy grilled chicken, and you leave. Straight standard. However, on this occasion, (shock-horror) we were served a reheated stale chips! We pointed out the dodgy chips, and hey-presto, it was replaced with newly fried one, fresh from the pack, hence the 3 stars for food.

Really nice cafe, but the vast majority of seating is upstairs and they close upstairs TWO HOURS before closing because their lazy staff want to get home early.

Abendessen 2/10 Alles war um 19 Uhr „ausverkauft“ oder nicht vorhanden was auf der Karte stand. Die Temperatur in der Bar war eiskalt, im Eingangsbereich konnte man nicht die Jacke ausziehen daher extrem ungemütlich für ein pub. Essen 3 „sides“ (Pommes, teriyaki chicken, Backfisch) hat 60 Minuten gedauert und 3 andere Sachen ausverkauft. Es War eine sehr geringe Portion, daher zum Essen nicht empfehlenswert. Kellner auch nicht so freundlich wie hier in den Bewertungen beschrieben!

Love this pub especially as we are very well looked after by Pandy. It’s one of our locals, nice sparkling wine and beers, great food and lovely interior. Best time to be there when it’s quiet. For special occasions too
