The cappuccinos were excellent! Very good service also!!

It is very hit and miss with the service and quality of the food. Vegetables served as most of us were finishing off our steak pie and mash!! A couple of bar staff were very cheerful and seemed happy in their workplace a couple were miserable as sin. The venue is pleasant enough but you are paying top dollar for food and drink, but that's SJW and even more so Lord's.

Toda la experiencia fue, sin duda, probablemente la mejor que hemos experimentado en un restaurante. Dado que mi esposa y yo hemos comido en muchos establecimientos en todo el mundo, somos expertos en presentar una crítica justa e imparcial. Desde que entramos al restaurante, hasta que salimos, el servicio fue ejemplar. Nuestro pedido fue servido con prontitud. La comida era excelente y llena. Sin embargo, el precio no era extorsivo, sin duda no era demasiado caro, dado el estándar general durante toda nuestra comida. Queremos felicitar especialmente a nuestro camarero, Nazrul, por su amabilidad y hospitalidad.

Now my second visit. The food was excellent and the service was very good especially as they were very busy. My last visit was on a Friday night, was very busy. Unfortunately due to the acoustics we could hardly hear each other across the large circular table. Nevertheless other than being unable to have a conversation, the food and service were excellent. Must avoid a Friday evening.

This is a place where you can eat fresh sandwiches and salads. I recommend Posh Cheddar & Pickle Baguette.

Tuve la peor experiencia en este restaurante. El servicio al cliente fue extremadamente pobre. Querían sentarme en una mesa de 6 en la parte de atrás, cuando había una mesa de 2 en la parte delantera. Insistí en sentarme delante. Me di cuenta muy rápido que me querían fuera lo antes posible. Cuando llegó mi entrante estaba demasiado caliente para comer de inmediato, así que estaba esperando un poco. ¿Alguien vino a preguntarme qué estaba esperando? Supongo que se preguntaba por qué no he empezado a comer todavía. Me pareció extraño. Ella me preguntó si estaba esperando a la principal antes de empezar a comer. ¿No es extraño? Solo esperé unos 2 minutos. Vaya. Muy desagradable experiencia. No está claro por qué se comportaron de esta manera, considerando que el lugar estaba reservado normalmente. Había muchos asientos.

We went last night and had a great seat in the total circle .We loved it loved it loved it.The two lead singers had wonderful voices .It was funny , sad and the dancing was brilliant with great effects.Worth every penny..Every single actor and dancer were brilliant.we have seen quiet a few shows and this is by far our favourite

Great spot and food for dinner night. During our stay in Danubius Hotel We went to the restaurant couple of times and where served by Ms. Kelly who was very welcoming and friendly yet professional. I give the food and service 5 stars without any doubt and hopefully I'll always visit with family and friends.
