Excellent personal service. Shisha was well tended to and tasty.

The cake was delicious and the atmosphere was friendly but I must shout out to the manager who served us as he was friendly polite and interested in our day. He made our walk around the park much more enjoyable by being so courteous. Thank you 😊

Manager repeatedly pulled less than full pints and had surly and belligerent attitude. Lots of better pubs in the area, won't be going back to this one. It's Christmas guys. I know it's busy and everyone's stressed.

Large portions and kind staff go a long way to make a place good and this is that one. The lamb Rogan gosh was delicious. The sauce was thick and the lamb plentiful. the Mattar Panneer and Dhal home made. The poppadoms were fine and crunchy and came with a large quantity of condiments. I would say that the peshwari narn could be much better as it was a bit dry. The restaurant is one of the oldest in London and has lots of character. Shame about the plastic flowers which I believe are unnecessary. The staff were polite and gave us some after chocolate. I learnt to play the aftereight game thanks to a special person who was with me. Thank you for making the night memorable.

Overall, fantastic. Even when we had an issue with a dish, they offered us the choice of either a direct replacement or a similar dish. 10/10 for everything here.

Went for lunch with the Mrs was greeted with smiles and friendly welcomes , we were shown to our table which we do advise to book as was pretty busy inside for a 3.30 Sunday afternoon. We had soft drinks as neither of us drink alcohol but the drinks menu was substantial enough for most people. Average price of drinks was around £10, we had olives and bread with butter as our starter (butter is made in house and is absolutely amazing!). there were quite a few choices but we didn't want to get a proper starter, so we opted for main and dessert with a lite aperitif to start followed by steak frites and I had the ribeye which was a special of the day. Both cooked to perfection and very tender. Dessert we had apple tart fin which was amazing and a baked cheese cake which was also very nice but apple tart won the battle of the desserts. Staff were professional, attentive, well dressed and friendly and management were great too. Special mention to Juan and our waiter who we forgot their name but he said he was from Peru. We will be back for another date maybe dinner next time. Highly recommend for a date night in London.

Carluccio's in general are on a destructive path. Although service remains excellent in almost all branches, the standard of the food has deteriorated so badly that we only use Carluccio's for coffee and drinks, but not food. Several popular dishes like Pasta e Faggioli soup, were eliminate from the menu when in fact it is your best seller. replaced by mushroom soup, which is a joke. dish water with whole mushrooms floating in it. Mushrooms are never meant to be soup and if they are, you blend them into cream.Your pastas are bland, under cooked and have no flavour. In general, your chefs are not properly trained chefs and do not have the first idea about presenting a nice mealI am surprised that Carluccio's are still in businessSaad Jadir

Mi pareja y yo pasamos por Regent's Park Café casi a diario en nuestro paseo de perros. Siempre es un placer ver a Kavita por la mañana; ella recuerda nuestra orden de café sin falta, y es súper acogedor, que es encantador, ya que suele ser mi primera interacción del día!

No he ido a Pizza Hut durante años, pero queríamos almorzar y decidimos pasar. ¡Error! Esta es otra cadena que alegremente usa Covid como excusa para hacer menos por sus clientes bajo el disfraz de "seguridad". El (uno) camarero se acercó y nos dijo que no solo teníamos que descargar su aplicación, ¡sino también navegar por el menú y ordenar a través de ella! Por supuesto, esto es muy conveniente para el restaurante, pero largo y molesto para el cliente, ya que tiene que ingresar su dirección, correo electrónico, etc. También pasamos bastante tiempo esperando que viniera para ayudarnos con el pedido, lo cual tuvo que hacer permanezca cerca de nosotros para hacer de todos modos. . .
