The restaurant located in the lower ground floor in Harrods. The restaurant served delicious and great food The staff so friendly and welcoming It’s considered as an expensive restaurant but it worth it I recommend the restaurant to anyone who’s shopping in Harrods or want to eat in Italian Cusine

I really wanted to rate this place higher, unfortunately my wife's fillet steak came out as a rough tail piece, tough and inedible! Why did the chef try to pass off this as a £42 steak? Waiting staff were very good and told us that it would be replaced. This seemed to take a very long time to cook a steak, I had finished my meal. The Waiting staff kindly offered us a free dessert which was very kind. The entire meal tasted amazing, especially the frogs legs. A lovely evening ruined by one steak.

As usual, food is great great laugh experience chefs very accommodating to peoples needs bringing in people I’ve never been and had a Teppanyaki experience The only negative was I don’t think the smoke extractor was working properly. It got very smoky which I over the years and I’ve been going for over 1520 years at different establishments. It got very smoky

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered Sea Urchin Nigiri, and the sea urchin looked visibly unfresh and slimy—a clear indication of poor quality. Despite this, I gave it a try, but the taste was so rotten that I had to spit it out immediately. The manager, who was standing right next to me, laughed and said, "You don't like it," in a teasing tone, as if I had never tasted sea urchin before, and then walked away. They insisted that the sea urchin "tastes like this," but I have eaten sea urchin many times in my life and at least know what "safe food" tastes like. This sea urchin definitely tasted unsafe. A good quality sea urchin should never be slimy, as shown in the picture I took. What’s even more shocking is that this restaurant charges high-end prices but has staff—including the manager—who clearly lack basic food knowledge. A sensible restaurant would never even put food of such poor quality on a guest’s table. The dismissive and arrogant attitude of the manager made the experience worse. Instead of addressing the issue, they acted as if the problem was with me rather than their food quality. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values fresh, safe food, or knowledgeable and respectful customer service.

6* Absolutely amazing restaurant located in Kensington. Came here a couple of times previously and unfortunately they were fully booked, tried our luck again and thankfully they were able to squeeze us in.(BE WARNED- if you haven't booked you'll be lucky to get in, definitely so at peak times). The menu looked great, rustic English fare.We went for stilton mousse and cheese and leek tart for starters followed by rump of lamb and fish pie. The food was faultless. Every dish tasted gorgeous. The wine (just went for Malbec and Chablis by the glass) was very nice too. The service was friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was warm, cosy and romantic with a very rural theme. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and the location of the restaurant. Overall we had a great time and I'm so glad we were able to get a table. We'd both like to go again, soon. My thanks to the gentlemen on the door, they were very busy so I didn't get chance to get his name (owner, manager, maitre d, greeter?) But he was amazing and a real credit to the restaurant. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
