I got married here and it was the perfect setting. People have commented the photos look like a royal wedding. The food was very high quality, well presented and the staff were very attentive. Drinks are reasonably priced for London. The hotel manager planned every last detail for the day and was also present to ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for small weddings of between 30 and 40 people. Also we received a free room upgrade into a suite that was enormous!

Ate here in December on a weeknight, delightful service, food, and atmosphere with a clear affinity for Italian and Tuscan cooking. We'd just done a trip to Italy and Tuscany a couple months before and this really captured the feeling we had been missing! Great spot in a beautiful part of London that will give you a hearty Italian meal.

Yes the food is displayed in an amazing enticing way. Very yummy looking. But when we wanted to buy 2 breads from the bakery section, the girl behind the counter seriously had no clue what she was meant to do. She was entirely untrained. Didn’t address us. Didn’t help us. Looked grumpy. She looked scared even, avoiding our gaze. Until her colleague took over. Please train your new staff better before letting them loose. Because this wasn’t it. Bread was very nice though and actually reasonable priced at £6 per bread. (I paid £3,70 for just a danish at Starbucks that morning.) This was on Friday 29th November

We spent 4 days and we want to highlight the outstanding service and attention delivered by all people of the staff. From Dino to Pastora to Mathew and everyone at the desk, you all make us feel special. We won’t hesitate to visit you again. Massive thanks to all!

Love this place! I came here years ago with friends and we were treated so well. I was in the area and decided to pop in for lunch. Instantly both the man and woman (I believe they are the owners) made my 2 year old feel so welcomed and made every accommodation to make us feel comfortable (offered a high chair, extra table so we had space). The woman also hung up my rain cover for me with such care as it had been pouring. They were so friendly with us and made every effort with my son, talking to him like he was family. The food itself was delicious and so well priced considering the area. I look forward to going back the next time in and around south Ken!

We went there for Afternoon Tea and upgraded to a Champagne Tea which was lovely. The scones and cakes were very tasty. Especially the lemon cream which was served with the scones. However, the sandwiches were disappointing. They were plain and bland.
