Wonderful lunch in lovely surroundings.

The food was really good! The staff are so kind and friendly, and the service is exceptional. When we asked to take group pictures, she took so many different angles for us too. Thank you!

Went to gave afternoon tea following a visit to the natural history museum. Bear in mind it isnt cheap you would expect more. The cutlery is stainless steel, the crockery is boring and the food was okay. The kids hot dogs were not hot and the jam sandwich was somewhat lacking. The scones do not come covered so get cold by the time you eat them. All in all not a great experience.

A lovely and chilled bar where you could sit and enjoy some piano tunes and you could even dance the night away it's laid back and attracts a positive crowd .. love the vibe

This place is closed. Went on Nov 28th and it was closed as in shut down. Google doesn't appear to be reflecting that

While the lady at the door and the gentleman at the security check were really friendly, the cafe staff was only normal friendly - and since I’m judging the cafe, not the place as a whole, that’s just 3 stars for service. Add a rather dry carrot cake and a men’s restroom that wouldn’t be harmed if the occasional splashes were removed, it was only a 2 star experience.

THEYRE RUDE AND SUCK. I tried calling NINE TIMES because it was an emergency and NO ONE PICKED UP until the 10th time and the guy was like oh you, go to sleep bye and hung up without letting me say anything. SO RUDE. never come here, really rude service and doesn’t do their stupid jobs properly or I wouldn’t have to (annoyingly) call that many times to begin with.

Highly recommend, amazing food, fantastic customer service and relaxing, luxurious ambiance. All staff are very polite and present themselves impeccably. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. Thank you

We were there for my dad's (ONG Jin Teong)3rd cook book "Tastes of Home" we sampled chicken porridge. Great space that fitted 50 people in. So many cook books in one place & cooking facilities

Baccarat Bar se encuentra en la planta baja en Harrods. Es muy chic y de buen rollo. El menú de cócteles tiene algunas selecciones interesantes. Es un precio, pero vale la pena!

This was our second time staying at Sloane Place and we found a bottle of delicious red wine in our room as a welcome gift. The staff also remembered us, greeted us warmly and even our lovely dog was recognized. Checking in was very quick and the staff are very friendly and charming. The room was very large and had a bathtub. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is dog-friendly. Our four-legged friend was welcomed in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant offers excellent food and delicious cocktails late into the evening. It was a perfect stay to visit London and relax. P.s.: Some reviews mentioned the poor staff. We had a different experience. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and frequently checked to make sure everything was ok. Also, the chef of service took our order when the staff was too busy.

I WAS DISTURBED BY THE ATTITUDE OF THE WAITER WHO TOOK MY ORDER,,,HE SEEMED VERY CONCERNED BY MY FACIAL FEATURES...UPON MY LEAVING HE CAME OUT WITH SOME SARCASTIC REMARK...ALL THE STAFF HERE SEEMED LOWLY AND A POOR SORT...MISERABLE IN FACT.

Excellent service - team was very very welcoming and warm to my pup and me. Really beautiful space too! Will be back for sure!

Had a lovely time at the other kitchen, Julia was so attentive and personable. Her service and loveliness made up for the small portions. Will definitely be back for her service again. A lovely venue with cute decor will return for drinks.
