The best restaurants in Tower Hamlets London

We gingen er langs voor een lunch tijdens een event in de Tobacco Dock. Direct een zeer vriendelijk onthaal en kregen duidelijk informatie over de menu. Lekkere burgers van goede kwaliteit. Met liefde gemaakt.

Normalmente tenemos un curry, pero el sábado nos apetecía algo diferente. El personal era encantador y la comida era deliciosa. Mi marido tenía una pequeña (?) Pizza que estaba llena de un montón de golosinas y era tan abundante que casi no podía comer todo (5 a la hora del almuerzo!!!!) Tuve la mejor lasaña que he comido. ¡Volveremos!

Marketing trap Firstly they try every trick in the book to get that 20% online discount back, They won’t add it to your bill (which is all handwritten and illegible) until you point it out and they pretend they forgot. Then they stand and pressure you with how to pay so you feel like you can’t check the rest Poppadoms are £1 per poppadom! if you order starters they charge you as mains, then they will add service charge. The curries are bland we had 4 different (see other reviews this is common problem) Lastly the good reviews are clearly fake as they often mention a name like ‘jack was great’ which just means they give free stuff for it. Pros: byob and they will give you some glasses. Poppadoms are alright.

I’m very happy to have discovered this place. The food is beautiful. I go for the butter chicken, Dansak and tikka masala. I have been to hundreds of Indian restaurants in London and The Indian Butler is the best by far.

A lovely place for either a quick bite in the morning or a fish supper. I had the breakfast and it was delicious, nothing was fatty or greasy, first time I have had turkey bacon too. I’m convinced! Everything was cooked perfectly, and the staff were friendly. A great start to my day!

Food was great and with their exceptional customer service makes MANJAL a top rated restaurant. Highly recommend to try.

Fantastic food and service . Our waitress was amazing the manager was also great. We had the beef to share and it was cooked to perfection . I really could not fault anything about this place , simply impeccable. It was my wife’s birthday and they made her day a free small desert .😃

They completely forgot about my order, and I was left waiting for more than 30 minutes. (When I arrived the restaurant was basically empty. I was given a glass of tap water, the glass had visible limescale.) It used to be a nice place, but I cannot recommend it anymora.

Superb food for a very good price. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The room is a bit echoey which makes conversation a bit difficult. Service charge is high

I haven't eaten in Brick Lane for over 7 years. I simply avoid it as there are just too many poor eateries there. I must say, we were pleasantly surprised here. The food was very good and took a while to prepare, so probably not pre cooked like most other places. I think we'll return, thank you.

Fab little coffee shop just off spitalfields Market.Great value and lovely choice. Enjoyed a cafetiere for one. Friendly staff,cute decor.
