Really disappointing visit for Sunday dinner, food was fine but the service from staff very poor. After returning with drinks the waiter just left without taking our food order. Spent the next 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention to take order. The waitress had clearly been on all day by the look on her face... food did arrive promptly and was fine. No-one came back to ask how it was or if we needed more drinks. After finishing no-one came to take plates away or offer desert menu. After spending about 20 minutes trying to catch someone's attention we just got the bill and left. The staff need some serious training and be circulating round tables instead of hiding out of sight. Overall a very disappointing experience considering the price of food. Clearly by other reviews nothing seems to be getting done to improve the service. Definitely won't be returning.

We booked Rialtos for a joint Xmas party for our staff. This was a table booked for 16. Orders were requested and provided ahead of time. The service was super slick. Every single dish was cooked to perfection and as ordered. We have used this establishment for over 25 years and can honestly say you won’t get better quality food and a great atmosphere. Thank you Sonny and staff. We all had an amazing evening, sorry we were so loud!

Called in for a late lunch after a morning fishing. The fish and chips were excellent. The landlord is obviously passionate about the food. Call if you can you will not be disappointed.

Intrigued by Greek/Mediterranean vibe we booked Mambos for an early evening dinner. Reception staff showed us to a table in a largely empty restaurant and we ordered drinks, wine, mains and desserts and coffees afterwards. The waiter / waitress were really friendly and swift. The food was good and served hot, although due to the questionable orange/pink neon lighting, the chicken appeared perfectly no and uncooked. Note: it probably was cooked, only in appearance it was off-putting. Dessert and coffees were also nice. But here is the rub: for the first time in any restaurant on any continent, myself and partner were asked to vacate the table and finish our drinks at the bar while the restaurant remained with many empty seats. Poor management decision! I took back our generous cash tip from the bill wallet before leaving with great disappointment and will never return. Shame on you. You have good efficient people, good food and drink, but poor management decisions do not encourage local return business.

Es un buen centro de jardinería, aunque mi padre dijo que estaba impresionado. El personal era muy amable y servicial, sin embargo cometí el error de tomar mi perro. El sitio web dice "dog friendly", pero si vas a llevar tu caca, ten en cuenta que NO PUEDES llevarlo al café (como puedes en la mayoría de los centros de jardinería). Conseguimos café para llevar, aunque, ningún lugar para sentarse y tomarlo, así que no pida comida. El café con leche era bueno, pero muy caro, así como la comida para aves. No me apresuraría a regresar, pero mi papá probablemente regresaría así que supongo que todo es relativo.

Poor service and frozen gluten free cake Went with my husband and two children. Ordered two hot drinks and four cakes one gluten free. I was excited that thr gluten free option was chocolate cake. Fifteen min wait for hot drinks. Then the three cakes arrived. Another fifteen mins later my Gf cake arrived. Still frozen in the middle but warmed on the outside. Sent it back and left. Absolutely dreadful.

Desayuno y cena muy buenos. Mucha variedad con buenas opciones sin gluten. Precios razonables. El personal realmente amable y servicial. Realmente recomiendo este lugar.

Went to Yolo for breakfast this christmas eve first time eating at the venue. Had high hopes as staff friendly and interior very inviting but wow was the cooked breakfast a let down had the full english and where do i start. Toast burnt Eggs with no runny middle Bacon looked uncooked Sausage looked and tasted like cheapest frozen sausage they could find Smallest portion of beans ive ever recieved on a breakfast And black pudding on par with sausage cheap skinny slice no taste. And had the pleasure of paying a small fortune for what was probably the worst cooked breakfast ive recieved anywhere. Will be my first and last visit for food at Yolo unless they make huge improvements.

Well ! What can I say ! Never disappointed about the blackbird. Went for a family Sunday lunch and it was excellent as always! Great fair price for the quality of food served, staff amazing, presentation perfect and fast service n food . Would recommend to anyone to give it a try. 😊

The honey it's delicious. 2 stars because I paid for 2 340g jars odd English heather honey and 2 340g blossom honey. Only 2 jars were delivered in time for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting for 2 more after sending 2 separate emails. Phone calls not being answered

Never in my life have I encountered someone as ill-mannered and discourteous in customer service as the blonde woman we crossed paths with whilst stopping here. Attitudes like that are something that will guarantee a customer never to return. Hopefully she can cheer up with the onset of the festive season and provide a more pleasant experience for future visitors.

Got a few deliveries chips always come less than half full I actually order 2 large fries and still doesnt fill the box. And for the price they should come as large fries. Milkshake spilled in bag. Burger sometimes comes burnt. Not great all in all.

Best kebab I’ve ever had and amazing home made chilli that makes or breaks it for me. The lady serving was fantastic so helpful and professional.
