I love coming to this pizza express however the manager here has a very rude manner about him. He’s not helpful at all and doesn’t treat his customers with respect. This is the 2nd occasion this has occurred. All the other members of staff that we have ever encountered have been very sweet.

Overpriced and no improvement since the much lauded "refurb". Would not recommend. Used to have at least one real ale and now none.

Very good Chinese food with great and fast service

This was the first time we have used this takeaway and I have to say we were super impressed the food was lovely. I was a little dubious as I didn’t want to be disappoint as it was a special birthday celebration. So thank you will definitely be ordering again.

The most expensive cafe in the uk she makes her own prices up she was always expensive but she's got that bad she put a little sign up near the samosas trying to justify it swear to god if u order a few of her mangy chicken sandwiches u could go to Miller and Carter watch how greedy she is with everything she puts on aswell one portion two portion she makes her price up buying a sandwich is like buying a BMW with the extras she charges you for on it half cheese full cheese me and me partner couldn't believe that one you need a credit rating of over 850 to walk in her door

The most rude woman (glasses and small) serving us crumpled receipt and threw it at my sister, would not stop staring at me and slamming chairs around, and definitely needs a lesson in etiquette and class. There was young boy quiet seemed nice, the small angry lady seemed disgruntled by our appearance. I have literally never written a review before today but they won’t answer the phone and I cannot get over her attitude. Someone please teach this person not to let their feelings get in the way of service. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the panini but minor in comparison to the attitude.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s shocking that you can’t make any purchases unless you pay via self-service and by card. What if someone only has cash? Not everyone carries a card everywhere they go! I feel the need to mention Anabel, who is hands down the rudest teenage worker I’ve ever encountered. I went up to ask for a Fruit Shoot for my son and was met with an attitude. She clearly has no common sense, no customer service skills, and no idea how to treat customers. She shouldn’t be working in any customer-facing role. On top of that, the place was far from clean. It’s clear that no one is prioritising basic hygiene or customer satisfaction. The place was also absolutely freezing cold. You need to hire better staff, invest in proper training for their young recruits, and sort out the state of your establishment. It’s an absolute disgrace.

We've never been ,thought will give it a try ...I had bean burger plain fries and rainbow coleslaw which was delicious ..a lemonade and lime flat ,nice ..hubby had chicken with herb pickle .looked like it was in batter on picture arrived but was lucid no batter no batter....garlic bread ok better with more garlic ...and hot ...nothing special overall ..probably wouldn't go again ...nope take bit dirty overall lacking anything exciting

JERSEY ROYAL NEW POTATOES Select Farmer Philip Le Mastre 1J0405C1 rotten and unacceptable. 3 rd Year running but this year returning most for a refund. Also the ones we did eat were tasteless. Where are the buyers at M&S and quality control ?????

Food came earlier than expected, when I bit into the wrap there was something black in it. Looks like veins or cartilage.

My first ever visit to Five Guys, a place I had never heard of before but got recommended. I enjoy a burger so someone said ‘why do you not try Five Guys”, so pleased I did! Yes it was expensive but (imo) you get value for money, I went for the cheeseburger and small fries and all I can say is WOW! Plenty of fries, more than I was expecting and what a size the burger was and you could have as many as 15 different toppings, all at no extra cost, which I took advantage of. I chose the Cajon fries for a first time, which were too spicy and peppery for me but the burger was amazing, so big I could not get my mouth round it. Clean establishment and super friendly staff – I will be back! So popped into Asda for a quick drink and light lunch. Whilst waiting in the queue I noticed they had an example afternoon tea on display not sure how long it had been on display but the sandwich had grown penicillin. I waited in the queue sometime and eventually ordered two vegetable soups which were to be brought to our table. The soup eventually arrived in two dog type bowls and we were advised to watch out as it was hot but if not hot enough we could use the microwave. The soup was cold and very unappealing, we did try to heat it but the bowls got hotter than the soup and one did appear to crack. The place generally looked untidy and definitely would not recommend at all.
