The food was freezing cold the bacon was solid , none of it edible, when I rang I was offered a replacement but bein pregnant didn’t want to chance the egg bein undercooked again so rang back n asked for a refund to be spoken to like rubbish in fact I heard “ it’s her again” I asked why I was spoke. To like this and was told to take it up with just eat , wasted my money on this place never again wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because if you have a complaint there very rude

Sit in the pub playing a few games of pool then for the bar man to come over and then making us buy drinks we was going to get drinks until you tried making us very bad service won't be going back

We had a lovely time catching up with family. Our waitress Sophie was amazing and was very helpful as my daughter has coeliac disease so made sure everything was right for her. Thank you so much for being so attentive. We would highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to come back.

Kids pizza was nice and the ice cream factory was fantastic but the chips were hard and not good flavour for kids - from my son age 9. The buffet was minimal and empty for the first 15mins upon arrival then it picked up and ended up having plenty of choice.

Loud music, the food was ok but not very warm. The staff were pleasant and friendly. We ordered the sharing platter, onion rings, garlic bread, breaded mushrooms and nachos. Nothing was hot

Took forever to faff about the store trying to find jeans I wanted in a longer length as I was told there were some on the shop floor - there were not. Stoll a girl said shed check the staff room for me which was helpful, but they wrrent there either. . Then had to que up forever to order some "long" length jeans in that size that I wanted. The woman ordered them in store for me, this also took ages, hence the que getting even longer. I stated 3 times it was the longer length ones I required. Only to pick them up a week later , take them home and discover they are "short" !??? Never in my life have I wasted more time on shopping for 1 pair of jeans. The system is flawed and doesn't work.

Como un placer, reservamos (The Cottage) para un té picante, como siempre bueno. Llegamos a tiempo y tuvimos que esperar unos minutos, aunque no parecía muy concurrido. Mostrado a nuestra mesa y fue entonces cuando las cosas se pusieron mal. a la gente se la rechazaron y le dijeron 45 minutos de retraso para la comida. la gente que había reservado tampoco se quedó y se fue por la misma razón. Después de 20 minutos pedimos menú, otros 15 minutos pedidos, solo dos empleados en. Llegaron las bebidas, la comida está bien, pero no hay señales de pan y mantequilla que debería haber llegado con la comida. Preguntó finalmente por la factura y un descuento por el mal servicio y la falta de algunos artículos del pedido. Muy decepcionado. Había otros gemidos de otras mesas y aún así el lugar estaba medio vacío. En general parecía que el lugar estaba bajo una nueva dirección que no tenía ni idea, o estaba siendo deteriorado? pobre espectáculo y una verdadera vergüenza. No volveremos.

Went here was passing . I had a bacon and sausage sandwich. Was average wife had a tea cake she didn’t enjoy and we both had coffees that were ok ish. Would go again prices where high quality wasn’t there . Service was sloppy. Spilled coffee in saucer and didn’t offer to replace . Don’t think the waiter wanted to be there..

Esposa había estado aquí con amigos anteriormente, habíamos prometido que íbamos a ir y probar la comida, después de decirme acerca de la tarta de carne que tenía & así que entramos Encontramos un lugar para aparcar a 5 minutos a pie No habíamos reservado así que fuimos por casualidad, al entrar nos recibieron con una cálida sonrisa que nos muestra una selección de asientos disponibles La mesa limpia nos sentamos Pedí cafés extra calientes y mirando el menú encontré el pastel de carne con el que me tentaron Se recomendó olla caliente, ya que hacía frío afuera, creo que casa hizo muy tentador pero fue por el pastel El café era muy agradable y caliente Llegó el pastel, el pastel parecía bastante alto, sentado sobre el plato Quité el pastel, era tan ligero Mucha salsa, y buenos trozos de filete en el plato que tomé la primera degustación Ni un trozo de grasa estaba muy bueno, metiendo una patata en la salsa Wow Unos guisantes de jardín con ella agradable Mi esposa tenía filete braising diciendo Fue bueno, así como las mejores notas La habitación es bonita y cálida El precio y la factura sobre el promedio Pero vale la pena las monedas extra También tiene licencia. Definitivamente volveremos es un especial Lugar Bien hecho al personal, y jefe

Un ambiente muy agradable, impecablemente limpio, deliciosa comida que es una gran relación calidad-precio. El personal es muy amable. Recomendaría y será mi nuevo favorito en Blackpool!

Came on Friday night and had the festive menu. It was delicious. The gift in the Xmas crackers were a surprise and completely recyclable. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a really enjoyable evening

Attended with family and friends for a special occasion about 25 of us that was pre arranged. Lovely welcome and tables set out ready . Everyone ordered separately and food was freshly prepared and served hot. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone left pleasantly full and already discussing a return visit in the near future. Can’t recommend this chippy - enough been visiting many years and never been disappointed. Great food, excellent staff and a happy friendly atmosphere. Oh and excellent value for money. Spot on . Thanks for a memorable visit
