Really good early Saturday meal, a relaxed atmosphere and great service. Graham was particularly welcoming and attentive.

The Saddle ha sido mi local durante más de 14 años. El personal siempre ha sido amable, servicial y profesional. Hoy ocurrió una situación conmigo mismo y con otro cliente que estaba muy borracho. John (mánager) intervino y resolvió la situación de manera rápida, profesional y sin ningún alboroto. Gerente de clase alta. Gracias John. Brian

Best chippy in Blackpool, can’t get better chips anywhere else and don’t get me started on the sausages you can’t find anything better.

Visitó como un grupo de 6 el 18 de enero. 1 calle impresiones, éramos un poco dudosos! No dejes que eso te desanime. El propietario es un personaje y realmente genial. El restaurante estaba muy limpio. La comida era fabulosa, y probablemente el mejor pollo que he probado en un curry! ¡Suculento más allá de toda creencia! En general, merece la pena una visita para un gran curry.

Visited with friends on ourannual trip to St Annes. Plan was to have lunch and then have a look round the garden dept and buy a few autumn plants. Mosy outside seats were taken but several available inside. We chose the one that seemed cleanest, (can you see where I am going with this), ie, the one with only a few crumbs. We chose two small scampi and chips, an egg mayo sandwich and a 'wrap', all with garnish and/or chips. Nothing too challenging about that lot. We were told that there would be a wait of 25 minutes. This at around 1:00 pm. We waited. And we waited. We had a bit of verbal catching-up to do with our friends so it did not matter. Or at least not too much. After abot 50 minutes I went to ask about our order but could see that in the kitchen area our order was being plated- up. Drinks that had a rrived maybe4 40 minutes earlier had been long since consumed. After maybe another 5 minutes they were served to us. The lady asked who had ordered what, we told her and our respective orfers were placed in front of us. No mention of an apology or the wait or even 'enjoy your food'. Not even so much as a smile. In fact I have to say that the lady looked thoroughly p..... -off, as indeed were we. Now to the food. Our scampi's were sort of ok as were the chips. The wraps were so so. My wifes egg mayo butty lacked content. Miniscule ammount of egg was made-up by maybe too much mayo, but only in the sense of this being as a proportion of the whole. By this time there were few diners left. We opted not to have a sweet as godness knows how long we would have had to wait for this. A couple of points. 1. We were fairly certain that customers who had ordered much later than us were served much earlier. 2. There seemed to me to be to be an absence of working- to- a -common- purpose amongst the counter staff. (I used to be in staff supervision and management, though not in the catering industry I have to say). Not a good experince, and importantly, one we will not be repeating. By this point, time was moving on and wewanted to be enjoying the sea air, so no time to look round the garden section. We later had coffes and do-nuts at the pier cafe in St Annes. Pleasant and prompt service and possibly the best do-nuts I have ever had, a thoroughly pleasing experience. When I read past reviews, I notice a pretty common thread running through them. I also note that in no case have the management made a response. They certainly seem not to take any of them on board

Muy decepcionado con el servicio. Pedí comida que no estaba tan caliente cuando llegó. Pedimos ensalada con envoltura de pollo. Dios mío, 6 pequeños trozos de pollo. El masala de pollo apenas tenía pollo. Porciones ridículas. Se desperdició mucha salsa. Personal grosero. Muy caro. Nunca pediré desde allí otra vez...

Anoche comimos en el No 10 , comemos de vez en cuando pero normalmente nos llevan, la comida siempre está caliente y muy sabrosa. El descuento actual a mitad de semana es excelente. No es un ambiente relajante, ya que es un pequeño micro pub, así que si usted está detrás de un lugar para sentarse y relajarse mientras tiene una comida encantadora aquí probablemente no es el lugar para usted, sin embargo, la comida es tremenda y si te gusta un pub concurrido local donde siempre hay alguien que conoces, entonces esto es para ti.

Llegamos sin reserva pero tuvimos la suerte de conseguir la última mesa para 2 . Personal atento, excelentes platos modernos. Realmente disfruté de lo que pedimos del menú de platos pequeños.

Great hotel, food and service excellent. Staff go out there way to make you happy, great location at north promenade. .

Very poor fly's on the pasties should not be allowed with fly's on food should not bother buying from this store as we didn't.

Absolutely terrible soggy chips and under cooked fish we had to throw it away we will never ever visit there again and they dont accept card payments

El mejor desayuno inglés que he tenido en los viajes, los nuevos propietarios haciendo un buen trabajo de ella, probé el desayuno escocés al día siguiente, pero no era la mitad de agradable que los ingleses, buena suerte en su nueva empresa volveremos seguro cuando visite

No hay nada especial para el precio del pub en la calle habría sido mejor , ninguna reacción positiva del personal en absoluto a pesar de que sabían que íbamos a venir : (

Visited after a heavy night drinking service was slow and confused ordered milky coffees which turned out to be just coffee with a splash of milk which didn't arrive until part way through the breakfast after asking for them again, both breakfasts were served on baking trays which was not the worst thing in the world but slightly unusual, 2 of the 3 staff seemed lovely and the food was slow to arrive but was piping hot apart from the toast I think that had been cooked on the radiator. All in all not the best we've had in Blackpool but certainly not the worst.
