We go here every morning for there amazing coffee and nap deals! Love this place! Shout to all the staff especially Hannah and the dude from South Africa (sorry I’m terrible remembering names! God bless 🙏🏼

horrible experience. man at the phone started screaming at me because i asked for some chips then hung up on me??? how RUDE. then i rang again and was greeted with a MULTITUDE of horrible swears, thinking i do not understand chinese. i was told DLLM, PK, and more. NEVER ordering from here again. Disgusting service and disgusting food.

Very lovely food, drinks. Flightradar24 on the TV while eat/drink. Inside you could see plane take-off, taxiing, pushbacking and landing. Also the British Airways Concorde is cool to see inside. I went in it for 12 Pounds worth it for the 12 pounds. (For some reason my pounds symbol isnt working) The windows are very small because of something to do with "it will catch on fire" or something.

The food was cooked perfectly and it was full of flavours and cooked the way I asked to be cooked and it's filling as wish the had more to pick from

Called in for a coffee before catching a train home. We ordered two medium latte at £ 3.95 each and were asked what type of coffee medium or dark. The bill was £8.50. When questioned on the discrepancie in price we were told it was because we made a choice. This is taking the piss. Who ever came up with this ploy has not only lost my future business, but also as many others as I can inform.

Second visit to the revamped Terminal 2 and found the seven brothers bar. Didn't want or need a big meal before our flight so chose a smaller dish from the menu. Absolutely brilliant service and quality of food. Although the prices are a little higher than similar establishments outside the airport, they are no more expensive than other providers in T2. I would happily recommend them to travellers looking for good quality food and drink in comfortable surroundings.

Typical Greggs really. Nothing special but like many other of their establishments, the pastries are cold to luke warm and just go mushy if reheated in a microwave. I remember when their food was toastie hot and the pastry was crispy with not filling but that no longer happens. I stopped going but popped into here with some work colleagues and had a bake that was cold. My final visit.

Relaxed but attentive - well stocked and good quality.
