The best restaurants in Pendle North West

Didn’t deliver my food and I have been waiting an hour for it and still not come you need to sort your drivers out I didn’t get my money back give my money back you cheeky sods

Never order with just eat over 4 hours waiting time in nom peak Hours, absolutely shocking

Dined at the White Swan several times and without fail, the food and service is exceptional. If it were closer to us, we'd be there on a weekly basis, it really is that good! My only request is that there might be better drinks options for "designated drivers" - a 0% alcohol fizz or wine would be great, so you don't feel like you're missing out. I'm sure it would go down well :) Other than that - perfection!

The treatment work great, Dr Chen is really kind and attentive and obviously really good at what he does

On the last two occasions the drive thru card machine has not been working. The last time I was advised that I could come inside and order to pay on card. Inside the restaurant was full of teenagers. Intimidating, shouting and play fighting in the toilets and across the restaurant. After waiting around ten minutes to be served - despite there being no one else other than myself and my young daughter. The guy behind the counter walked straight past me to serve one of the teens that had just approached the counter. Security needs to be tightened as I do not believe this is an okay atmosphere for customers or those working.

Cheap pizzas and they taste decent. Could be better tbh but they'll do.

Out favourite takeaway in town. Great food, great service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

To say i made friends with toilet at 3am after last nights burger is an understatement,still cuddled up to new found friend now 8hrs on🤮🤮

Ordered pizza and 3 pieces of chicken with 3 wings meal. Pizza was good and Ordered 10 inch but ended up with a 12 inch. Chips needed some salt wings were OK but only had 1 bite of a piece of chicken left the other 2 had a fishy taste to the drumstick which put me right off

Delivery experience shocking rang up told me 15 to 20 mins 50 mins later the,driver still not here. Told 5 mins still no sign . What a waste of space. This is a useless takeaway

Great food always, been here lots of time but the reason why it’s a four star as there needs to be more cleaning seats. The seats can be a bit dirty so kept looking for other seats that were suitable but that’s the only issue I had today.

After a main meal nobody has come to offer a dessert or anything else. Apart from us ther is only on table occupied. I have never been ignored for so long. It's been 40 minutes already and I'm still waiting while writing this

Took my husband for a birthday breakfast. Seen to a table and given menus straight away. Then waiting about15 mins for a member of staff to take our order. There were 6 staff stood about chatting and not doing very much. Eventually our food was ordered but took a while to come. I ordered sour dough with avocado and poached eggs. The bread was dry and partially burnt and not the brown bread that I asked for. It was inedible. My husband had a bacon sandwich and the bacon was fatty. He left some of it. Were we not asked how our food was until we went to pay the bill. I said I was disappointed and a drink was knocked off our bill. Definatly won’t be returning. Shame because this place used to be great.

The chips were really cold and when i placed the order it said 35-50 mins for delivery but once the order went through it mentioned a longer time. the rolo wrap was also slightly cold. I paid a lot for this order

Food was only warm we had veg soup and jacket potatoes. We were asked if we wanted salad with jacket we was given ( lettuce and cucumber) that's not salad were the tomato. The lady serving hot food was giving us a pasty when we asked for a pie, she did not know the difference. One of the staff making drinks was keeps wiping her nose on her sleeve, that put you of your food.
