Okay it’s Monday and my normal Chinese is shut so thought I’d give Dobo another go And I’m I glad I did the food was amazing I got special in a black bean sauce the beef was so tender unlike a lot I’ve had at other Chinese takeaways where you chew forever this just melted in the mouth and his chips to die for Definitely 5 stars will make more visits

We arrived anticipated lunch with our daughter and son in law would be lovely. Pulling up the building looked beautiful and very festive. On arrival we sat waiting for our drinks order, nobody approached. Eventually we got the attention of a lovely waiter..he took our drinks order with a smile. After that things got laughable..we ordered food starters and main meals..starters arrived after around 20 mins..all okay. Main meals then took one hour 15 to arrive after chasing numerous times. On arrival it was inedible..cold and very disappointing. I asked to see the manager he apologised and said it was because he was on his break. The food was sent back and we were told that its the kitchen staff and it happens frequently..there would be no charge. I didn't ask for the no charge we would rather have a lovely lunch..the restaurant is really beautiful..but dear me the food looks like it was microwaved from Iceland..and that's flattering.

A really disappointing evening. 15 of us had booked for an evening meal for our quarterly family get-together, and actually felt a good vibe when we first walked in. The restaurant area has a lovely cosy feel and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Once all the party arrived and food was ordered, we then waited over an hour for our meals to be served; we watched as groups who had come in after us ordered their meals and were served their food well before we got ours. We also had 3 children under 5 with us who only ordered cheesy pasta but still waited over an hour for this! We had asked if the kids meals could come out when they were ready, to be told yes, however they still arrived with the rest of the meals and were piping hot so inedible for at least 10 minutes after being served. There was only 1 apology from a staff member for the delay, but no other updates or apologies. To make matters worse, when the food eventually arrived it was mostly overcooked and you could tell most meals had been sat on the pass “keeping warm” whilst the other meals were cooked. We left feeling underwhelmed and unfortunately still somewhat hungry; our table was booked for 6:30pm and we weren’t served our food until just before 8pm so weren’t leaving the restaurant until gone 9pm. Really unacceptable for anyone to wait that long for a meal, especially groups with young children. Unfortunately it won’t be somewhere we will be returning.

Driving from Manchester here just to find out the location it’s out of function, was trying to call to see if there have a new location, unfortunately phone number doesn’t work. Shame on you. At least close the location on Google Maps

The worst just eat experience ever, order at 5:15pm, order arrived at 7:05, delivery drive then preceded to take a stop at Asda along the way, food stone cold. £33 spent.

Avoid like the plague. Would have given a 0 rating if possible. We are new to the area and used, sorry TRIED to use the place for the first time this evening. Just placed an order for delivery with these jokers via Uber Eats. Never again. The takeaway called us when the food was ready, to ask where we were located. Just to get this is perspective we are ONE mile away. You can drive it in 5 mins and even walk it in 20 minutes. Person on the phone had full on argument with my husband about how we were too far away and the food quality would be reduced? What? It’s 5 minutes! Because it’s via Uber Eats of course you have to fart and burp at the same time when there’s a blue moon to get your money back. Obviously they’re happy for us to collect but defeats the object of buying a delivery that’s clearly within a reasonable travel range! We’ve ordered from 4 elephants loads of times, they’re about 15 mins or more away and the food is always boiling. Basically Al Pacino are lazy and can’t be bothered cause they’re busy tonight (due to the match) and fancy pick and choosing their customers. Judging by the reviews they’ll probably be out of business soon. Thank god.

Ordered via just eat for collection in evening (7pm), order cancelled without reason unexpectedly, then the just eat no 10 site said I couldn't order at all. Tried to call them and they will not answer their phone.

Nipped I to drive through for a boneless banquet for one. Only went onto the carpark. The chips were stone cold and soggy. The gravey tub was half full. The popcorn chicken was look wRm at best and the filleys were OK but not hot. Sorry, but won't be back.

Pizzza was hot and nice and the delivery was quick n fast behaviour was really nice i was orderd 13" cheese burger pizza and garlic bread thankyou noman for deliverd warm food
