I regularly order from this venue from the McDonalds App. They have a history of messing up my McDelivery orders. Do not use them. They will mess up your order enough times you'll no longer get refunds. Terrible customer service.

The ignoramus I had to deal with actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was merely trying to get the money back that they stole from me after they cancelled my order because they don't deliver to where I was staying! WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE?? I have used this company for may many years but after that piece of turd speaking to me like that - NEVER AGAIN! I better get my money back by Monday as the imbecile said I would!!

Food was expensive, but the staff are friendly & polite. Bowl of salad £5.50, but we thought, give it a go, treat ourselves, because you get what you pay for, however this was not the case. The salad had a little bit of tuna, one egg cut in half, about 4 slices of cucumber and x2 small tomatoes, the rest of the bowl was full of lettuce and in the end I could not carry on eating just lettuce. My partner had cheese and pickle roll, but he said the pickle was over powering and could not taste the cheese. The coffee was nice. We just felt the food was way too expensive for what it was. The cafe is clean and tidy and the staff are nice, it is just the cost of the food and what you get. We would not return for that reason alone.

I was absolutely disappointed as a regular customer of my local Pizza Hut Crawley Hazelwick that I’m not sure how I would have clicked on a pepperoni pizza when I’m Vegetarian and was expecting a lovely vegetation pizza I called my local Pizza Hut store the store manager would not help at all and left us with no replacement and no offer of refund absolutely disgusted with this sort of customer service ended up replacing with Dominos pizza how bad they have lost me And my family as a customer for any future orders

Took my daughter to get some doughnuts and the lady refused to take my money and so I left, I won’t be going to any of these stores again!

To start with, the original staff member i encountered was extremely difficult to understand prices for deals etc until a colleague assisted. I then found that the usual garlic and her dip had bow been swapped with the basic marinara sauce but in a sealed pot! The part that is the real cherry on the top is that whilst eating my pizza i find on a slice a hair from a dark haired person and then have to remove and waste this slice!

Avoid McDonald’s Gatwick – An Absolute Disgrace to the Brand I have to say, McDonald’s at Gatwick is without a doubt the worst establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with—both within the organisation and across its franchise network. After having previous difficulties visiting the store in person, I decided to give them another chance by ordering through a delivery service since I live relatively close by. What followed was nothing short of a disaster. Tracking the driver’s journey, I could see he was stuck waiting at the restaurant for nearly an hour—an appalling delay considering this is supposed to be “fast food.” When my order finally arrived, it was an absolute embarrassment. • Stone-cold chips—clearly left sitting out for ages. • A Big Mac that looked like it had been run over—completely mangled and falling apart. • Two McFlurrys—both melted to the point of being liquid slop. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault. He even mentioned that the manager of the store couldn’t care less when he raised concerns about the wait time and condition of the food. That says everything about the standards (or lack thereof) at this branch. The level of negligence and disrespect for customers here is absolutely shocking. How can a brand as big as McDonald’s allow this kind of blatant disregard for quality and service to tarnish its name? It’s an embarrassment to the franchise and a slap in the face to paying customers.

Food was good - However - TERRIBLE experience with MET Car Park services!! I forgot to validate my ticket when I drove up to the barrier. So I reversed and re-parked - went in and get my ticket validated at the tills (No clear instructions where or how this is done). Then exited the car park with my validated ticket! I broke no rules... I later receive a parking fine from MET Parking Services - I appealed this as I didn't exit the car park without a validated ticket and they have now rejected it! Day light robbery... Completely unfair from McDonalds third party carpark and definitely won't be going again due to this.

My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.

Wow. The worst flat white I've ever had. Period. Had to ask for another as it was just milk. Awful. Plus, their sneaky scammy up sell process is disgusting. Ask for a flat white, "is this size of OK for you?" (shows me a medium latte sized cup). "No thanks, a regular flat white... Did you just try to upsell me?" was my reply. She then apologises and tells me they are told to do that to every customer. Starbucks, is this your practice or just the manager at this outlet? Some manager training needed methinks. So, make sure you know what you want to order and don't be scammed. Actually, just go to thr other coffee chain 3 doors down. Awful awful awful. Starbucks, you should be ashamed.
