Great atmosphere and friendly staff

A warm and clean pub that was a delight to visit. Myself and wife met some friends for breakfast and coffee and after 2 years we WILL be returning…. We were greeted by a warm, friendly and helpful young bartender who explained how the new coffee machines worked and nothing seemed too much trouble. Once seated we were greeted by a very polite young server who brought our breakfasts and even returned to ask was everything ok with our food ( this doesn’t happen in many places nowadays). I made a note of both girls names and thank you Abby & Sasha as I’ll be emailing head office with praise for you both. Thank you for welcoming us into the white horse!!

Please be careful, king chicken and king kebab is registred at the same adress. They had too many conplains, lost too many customers so they now existing also as King Chicken, which is totally the same. Food burnt as always.

Lovely delicious freshly prepared food, very hot and appealing!

Food was cold which was not a big problem till food was 15 mins late and they trydd to blame the delivery driver who is on peanuts

Awful service. Sauce on.kebab when asked for no sauce due to allergies. Chips soggy. When rang to complain they put the phone down on me.

Called in to watch the football on a Sunday. Big screen, plenty seating and good pints. Nice beer garden out the back.

We ordered a takeaway did not come so rang them up 2 tell me they could not find my address but been coming here years 4 them 2 sending bk out which was cold so ring them bk a asked them how longs it been sat they a they said they could not do us a fresh 1 cos they would be out of pocket joke that wot u r well let me tell u something am this 2 the paper

I cannot fault anything about this place all the staff are so welcoming and one member of staff went out of their way to be polite and even called us by our names she was called Courtney and definitely an asset to the restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot. The environment is so covid safe which is so important for me.

Called in for a couple of Sunday drinks. Prices were good and as cheap as weatherspoons. Warm pub (which isn’t that common nowadays) and fairly busy with locals. Has different areas but all was friendly. Fairly clean. Would return

We had to wait 45 mins for a bowl of luke warm soup. It was at a predictably busy time, but there seemed to be little organisation or urgency. I do not mind a long wait if warned before completing the order at the till so that the customer can make a choice; alas there was no warning, poor show.
