Went in for a quick coffee and found the manger to be the rudest I’ve ever met . I watched her greet other customers and when my turn came she was so rude it was unbelievable. I’ve never been there before so had no previous experiences with her . My friends and I all wear hijab and are Muslim and that was the only difference we could see . Check out previous reviews and you’ll see a definite link to the negative reviews being from people of colour . Costco need to sort her out because I will never go back while she’s working there .

Pizza uneatable. Asked for refund. Got bad mouthed when asking for refund. Disgusted. my local takeaway for years. Massively disappointed.

This place has improved massively to the point where it’s actually fantastic value for a lovely bite to eat. The breakfasts here used to be awful but I begrudgingly ordered one as I was visiting the supermarket with a friend, I couldn’t believe how much the breakfasts had improved I really enjoyed it in fact I visited again the following week and again very nice. I visited for late lunch today after doing some shopping with my missus and kids. I was still a tad apprehensive even though the breakfast had improved, I needn’t have worried the food was great again. For a start what great value! Kids meals are free any time, any day when ordered along with an adult meal. I ordered the fish and chips and I must admit I had visions of one of those pre cooked frozen battered fish portion coming out but to my amazement what came out was a perfect freshly battered and fried to order fish which was so fresh and delicious it was like it had come straight from their fish counter and into the fryer. The chips were average but very hot and crispy and the mushy pease are real chip chop mushy peas. It was better quality fish and chips than our local chippy I will definitely be returning. Terrible service waited 2 hours for food to be told they delivered it not to our address to somewhere else accused me of inputting the address incorrectly so ended up going down to the store. Got there showed my email with the address proof they hadn’t pulled the order from the order system so no matter how long we waited our food would never come.

Disappointing In 2018 and 2019 when I visited Uk, I went to the Stratford branch and had the best milkshake I have drunk ever. So I got very excited when I spotted it in Sheffield. But I was disappointed when they told me that they did not have milk shake. When I asked for the reason, I was told, because the fridgerator was out of order, they could not store any milk. Ok I said, so it will be fixed within a week, the dude said, probably within 3-4 weeks. This does not make any sense. Either they have stopped selling milk shake, or if not then their inefficiency of getting the fridge fixed, lacks logic from here to the moon

ZARMEENZ - QUEENS ROAD as atclcliffe zarmeenz no existe. Cada vez que he comido desde aquí, que es muchas veces, la comida es ??? constantemente, pero la actitud de la dama no es muy directa y puede distraer tu mente con solo sus palabras. Siempre se debe pensar en una contingencia antes de INTENTAR realizar su pedido, ya que esta es la única comida para llevar en todo el límite del sur de Yorkshire que nunca cumple con sus horarios de apertura. No tienen una idea del tiempo que parece y, por el aspecto de las cosas, no tienen una fuerte ética de trabajo, por lo que se abren cuando también pueden ser molestados.

TOTALMENTE horrible esta noche, otra vez. Te di el beneficio de la duda y pediste de nuevo pero de nuevo das el peor servicio. Pierde las patatas fritas de la comida de trozos de pollo, argumenta en la llamada telefónica que no lo has hecho, toma veinte minutos para que las patatas fritas lleguen en realidad, momento en el que los trozos de pollo están fríos como piedras y ni siquiera tienes la decencia de reemplazar esos también! Totalmente inútil, cero atención al cliente. ¿Es curioso cómo parece que esto sucede cuando se usan puntos de recompensa para pagar, tratando de cortar esquinas?

Ended up here at the end of a night out around Kelham. First time here and it had fun & chilled vibe plus the music was great. Staff were super friendly too, shout out to Kaya!

La comida es buena, pero los precios son estúpidos. El personal es agradable el propietario piensa que él es el próximo jefe de un programa alimentario de celebridades. Agradable para el pollo ensaladas. El precio es mi problema no el de equidad.

Would definitly NOT recommend. Slow service and owners became very violent and aggressive before threatening to ‘stab people up’ who had questioned how long there order would be. Owner had pulled out a nice and continued to meat threats

Café tan débil y malo como siempre se espera en Starbucks. Conocí a algunos amigos aquí. El lugar es bueno y está limpio, pero lo siento, sirve malos tragos y no importa lo bueno que sea el lugar, nunca vas a puntuar bien
