Awful service no one acknowledged us had to find our seat ourselves 10 min past no one came with a menu wasn't busy at all. Non of the staff spoke properly staff need training.It was new years was getting really Frustrated with kids. Walked out no got no apology nothing disappointing. Big mo’s was never like that I don’t know what happened.

I came to crave after seeing it on social media for their great looking food, I had to wait 50 minutes for 10 boneless wings and chips despite the store being empty, the boneless wings was awful, maybe I should have got a pizza but overall it was a poor experience. I was compensated with 3 extra sauces totalling £1.50 even though I asked for a bottle of water instead.

Exceptional Dining Experience at Miller & Carter We recently had the pleasure of dining at Miller & Carter, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely divine—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, and it was clear that great care and expertise had gone into preparing each dish. What truly made our evening unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Georgia. She was simply out of this world—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Georgia went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect, making us feel truly valued as guests. Her warm and professional approach elevated our evening, making it one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for top-quality food and impeccable service, Miller & Carter is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning, and we hope to be served by Georgia again!

We went for Sunday lunch and the pub was quite cold when we arrived at 1.00p.m. We were disappointed that despite advertising it on their website menu and on their typed menus we were told when we went to order that they weren't doing the 2 and 3 course special offers. Ordering is done at the bar and yet 10% service charge was put on the bill. The roast dinner was a good portion and good, although the pork belly was very fatty.

Delivery - ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.

We ordered a hot dog which did not mention spicy, but was in fact mildy spicy and overcooked. We ordered a piri piri chicken wrap which is ok, but piri piri sauce is pretty much water, so it went everywhere and didn't taste of much. The service was slow, and the manager was on the phone to her friends all the time. The strawberry milkshake was ok. Giving feedback at the end was met with stone cold faces and no empathy. In short they don't care. Avoid. Food is 2 out of 5, service 1 out of 5.

I have been a loyal customer of Five Lads Good Mayes for over three years, and while I've enjoyed the quality of their food, my overall experience has been a mix of satisfaction and challenges. The culinary delights crafted by Five Lads are undoubtedly good. Their flavours are rich, and the variety offered caters to diverse palates. However, my recurring concern lies in the delivery service. As an online customer who has never visited the physical branch, my experiences have been marred by instances of incomplete orders. On several occasions, I've received incomplete deliveries, leading to inconvenience and embarrassment, especially when hosting gatherings. Despite prompt apologies and refunds from the branch, the issue persists. The lack of delivery drivers to fulfil the orders raises questions about the overall logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction measures in place. Last year, there were inconsistencies in the spice levels, with the 'hot' category often resembling 'medium,' and 'extra hot' lacking the anticipated intensity. Fortunately, this issue has been addressed, and the spice levels are now aligned with expectations. However, the persistently missing components in orders, such as fries with chicken or rice with chops, raise concerns about the order fulfilment process. It prompts the question of how well the order sections are managed and the attention to detail exercised in the preparation and dispatch of each order. I urge the workers and management of Five Lads Good Mayes to empathize with customers facing these challenges. While the food quality is good, addressing these persistent issues in order completeness and delivery logistics will undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience. I look forward to continued improvement and a seamless dining experience with Five Lads in the future. Food 4* Service 1* Portion size 3* is not worth the price.

We Waited for an hour for food. Worst service ever . Very very ride staff. When asked how long it will be we where told you can go if you want. Not recommended
