Ordered a kebab thinking it would be fresh, it was pulled out of a metal cylinder. I asked if they could do me a fresh one but they told me to go somewhere else if I wanted a fresh chicken kebab. Considering I already paid there wasn’t much I could do. I asked why I couldn’t have a fresh one and he gave me a cheeky answer ‘I don’t like it’ which didn’t even make sense. I asked for a garlic sauce on the kebab and it was smothered in ketchup which completely ruined the already non fresh kebab, I took it back and asked them to put garlic sauce on it and they argued with me about it. While this was going on they were cutting the fresh chicken for their own staff food. Disgusting service for any customers. Really unhappy with the attitude and service that was provided here. DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Avoid this place at all costs. We found a maggot in the food the management didn’t seem bothered and continued to serve other customers including children! Absolutely disgusting place AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Reported to food safety agency 🤢

Came here to get out of the storm, lovely brew n coffee and excellent cakes/cheesecake etc,nice hour spent chatting in a nice place, staff are really friendly.

Came back off holiday and after a long day didn’t want to cook, rang Prime’s and ordered a chicken tikka kebab and garlic bread and cheese pizza!! Waited 75 minutes for delivery and when I opened it there was 3 portions of chips 1 with salad and pitta bread 1 in pitta bread and one in a container 🤷‍♂️ rang them back and 20 minutes later my kebab arrived!!! Very disappointed as we always use Prime as there pizzas are brilliant 🤩 but may give them a miss for now?? SORRY 🫣

Just had 2 men from midnight express banging on my door at 1.30am on a Monday night for 10 minutes straight waking the whole street up. I’m 8.5 months pregnant with work in the morning and they was ringing my doorbell and BANGING on my door for a 7” pizza delivered to the wrong address. For 10 minutes straight. Weird behaviour. Just call the customers mobile or go home. They then tried to argue with me about it being my address. (Whilst clearly seeing I’m heavily pregnant and don’t want and didn’t order the grim 7” pizza) absolutely shocking. Very stressful experience. Need to learn some new delivery etiquette. Didn’t even apologise for banging on the door like lunatics for 10 mins just stood there arguing with a pregnant woman whilst holding a tiny pizza. Absolute Weirdos.

What a fabulous venue; staff were so much fun; warm, friendly and vibrant. Molly and Calvin were so accommodating in assisting with drink selections and just a really lively exciting venue.

The food was delicious, and the staff were well trained. The seats and tables were spotless. Orders were quick and easy. Overall the best experience I have ever had at a KFC. Possibly the best KFC in the UK.
