Been here before for a 2pm bottomless and the service wasn't all that. Can't tell if it was booking it at 12 or having Kelcie as our server but I can't fault it! #KelcieSlays24/7

Last nights visit was disappointing. My burger was dry and my fries were cold. When I told the server I was told to order and pay for an alternative dish - they were not particularly busy but were just not interested.

Food, coffee and juices are exactly what you need. Eggs Benedict is a must. Water glasses were filthy and unpolished though

Had afternoon tea for five. Decor was a bit worn, with holes in the seats at the booth we were offered - not a good first impression. Service was agonizingly slow: it was half an hour after being seated before anyone offered us coffee, another 20 minutes before anyone took our food order and around 1 hour 15 mins after sitting down (plus one irate enquiry at the bar) before our food actually arrived. Afternoon tea platters were a mixed bag: coffee was good and scones were warm, which was nice, but the sandwich bread was verging on stale. The maître d' took 20% off the bill for the inconvenience, but I'd rather pay full price and not be left waiting over an hour for underwhelming food.

Good location. Always stop by and have a beer before home. Place is overall clean and great staffs... only thing to remind is the bike parking outside pub got stolen once after 2 pints...

Set in a wonderful building, the service was very prompt and courteous. Food was served in good time, and very tasty too. Good selection of coffee. Great little soft play area to keep toddlers entertained.

This is a very popular brand that is nothing flash but does have an awful lot going for it. This particular outlet is a big place with a large main room, seating upstairs and a nice outdoor area for the summer. We called in early on a Thursday evening and it was already busy and we managed to snake the last table. Despite this, the service was fast and friendly And we didn't have to wait long. Unsurprisingly, they had a great range of drinks at very reasonable prices. I tried a Christmas bitter which was okay but had a slight taste to it. I couldn't be bothered going back to the bar though so just drank it!
