Outstanding independent coffee/doughnut/hog roast takeaway. Welcoming people (thanks Joey & Bailey!) who were friendly and happy to chat. Coffee was delicious (freshly brewed filter), and the hog roast roll was the best I’ve had - complete with crackling. Don’t get me started on the doughnuts.

Excellent local food and great service very knowledgable and friendly staff! A memorable experience and he paired wines were a great compliment to this vey English cuisine.

Great new owners, NOTE telephone number on trip advisor is for the old owner so please don’t call it.. Shop is based conveniently in the car park with easy access. Serving hot and cold snacks drinks and must have beach essentials. Enjoy a stroll down to the town or a stroll to the beach, great location for exploring the local area.

Nestled among the kiosks, restaurants and pubs this little gem is a must for ice cream lovers. Selling some of the nicest ice cream I have had - Marshfield Farm. I opted for a waffle cone with 2 scoops, mint choc chip and honeycomb. I even shared it with my husband who loves mint choc chip! Well worth a visit, just be wary of the seagulls!

Nice restaurant, we had a lovely dinner - delicious brill and a very big (and very tasty) plate of fish chips. Good service too.

Wow - the scones have been 'the best in Dorset' (and I have tasted a lot of scones!!) for quite a while, but I have never reviewed. Why now? 'the extra mile'!! When the car battery died in Lyme, I tried every 'weapon in my arsenal' to get help or a garage to help - in frustration 'a cream tea' was definitely needed, sod the situation for a while. Recharged, I asked if the waitress knew of anyone who could help...... Within 10 minutes the car was running!! Jayne's husband is a First Responder, not only a hero to the human population of Lyme, but he also carries a car DeFib (starter pack). Jayne refused additional payment for the service. Gem of a place, best steak ever, thought it might just have been mine but the whole family said it was the best they ever had.

Great choice of sandwiches, salads & got drinks. All freshly made with quality ingredients. Lovely owner & staff. The best crab sandwiches in Lyme Regis. Full of filling & totally lush.

Excellent toasties, pastries and coffee and a sausage treat for the dog. Lovely seating area along the promenade with fabulous sea views.

Sunday lunch was not very good. Waiter ate food and drank at the bar constantly. Emptied bins and didn't wash his hands. Chef sat at the bar in between orders. Food arrived and was tasteless, meat tough and when asked for cranberry sauce the waiter arrived with a plastic tub to serve it!

Wonderful Sunday lunch, between Xmas and New Year

after a wind blown swim in the sea we decided we wanted some comforting food and hot drinks - initially sat right on the front of the patio and the lady in charge was there in a mo with menus and a brush to wipe sand off the table top - we decided it was still to windy there, so moved back against cafe wall. Orders quickly taken - food wasn't fast, but my golly when it came it was fresh and delicious - from bacon sandwiches to american pancakes and bacon - all piping hot and full of flavour.

They opened late. When I said I didn't bang on the door landlord replied. Good job or I would bang your head. Shocking way to talk to a customer. Very threatening. I left straight away as I felt concerned for my safety

Fabulous Bakery, vist today was amazing,, friendly service,, Lovely fresh Ham sarnie proper ham and bread, Scotch eggs that are the best we have ever had, (better than my homemade ones hubby said 😂 pasty hubby also loved and 2 Dorset Apple cake slices, ohhhh like you nanny makes. Top class service and food Thankyou
