Have been to Chimes before on visits to Ripon and always enjoy it. The owner is a really nice man who was rushing around but always makes you feel welcome. Best ham salad sandwich with salad and crisps I've had in ages. Owner told me off for putting too much salt on my food (like my husband at home) but all very good humoured. Lovely spotless quaint and pretty tea room. Looking forward to going back in the New Year and will be taking some of the gorgeous scones home with me too.

Realitea would tempt in anyone passing by that loves the smell of beautiful Indian food. The warm welcome and spotless presentation of this unassuming tea room and restaurant is a standard many aspire to. The food was delicious and the photos show how much attention to detail there is to make all the food served. Also the most comprehensive tea menu I’ve ever seen. They don’t have a licence so bring a bottle.

We thought we’d try this place, based on the excellent reviews. We were glad we did! This restaurant/pub is excellent! It’s a slightly unusual location, tucked away at the end of a caravan park in one of the quietest spots within easy reach of the Leeds. You’re really in the countryside here, but only 20 minutes from the city. There’s a great, friendly atmosphere, the food is delicious and plentiful, and it’s very good value. Definitely as good as they say!

My daughter has a holiday home on maustin park. I came down for my first look at the holiday home and decided to have a meal in the stables. The bar and restuarant was lovely, the staff were so friendly towards me and the food its self was amazing. I would recommend the stables to everyone. Thankyou for the great night.

This was our second New Year package stay. We have been to the Lime Tree that many times we now class it as our second home and all involved as family. The LT is in the Michelin guide but really needs upgrading to an official star You can’t get any better than this. a perfeição é a tília

Gutted. Have heard so much about this place and the infamous KF Ceaser. To be fair. Had sausage roll also which was good. The chicken for the Ceaser was ‘wet’ and very soft/mushy, in texture and quite bland. The bread just didn’t seem too fresh. Was just cold baguette / sub. I was looking forward so much. One bite and sadly threw away.

Just called in Burton Leonard village pub on my way home and met the family for dinner had a great reception from the landlord and landlady from the Royal Oak the service and atmosphere was outstanding and the food quality was absolutely amazing I personally had a homemade curry with poppadoms and mango chutney to start followed by a authentic spiced Madras with rice and chips with a plain naan bread the taste was amazing and I have honestly got to say I enjoyed it more than most Indian restaurants I have eaten at and I have eaten at many nice restaurants please try you won't be disappointed beers kept well too 😋

Wanted to support an independent for breakfast so headed over to Coffee Crema and it was delicious . We ordered a veggie and full English breakfast. Both were outstanding. The quality of the ingredients were very good especially the grilled halloumi which was so tasty and melted in your mouth unlike some rubbery options you get at other places. The sausages were meaty, the smoky beans delicious and the mushrooms were sensational. The coffee was good quality too. Hotel breakfast included pastries, juice etc in the price so the cost of Crema probably worked out more expensive like for like but we were more than happy with our choice and thought it was good value for money for the quality of food we received plus we feel it’s important to support small independent businesses in order to keep our town centres going . Thank you ! We will be back !!

Has been closed for a few months now and I recently read on their FB page that they are not reopening. A pity as it was a decent local place with very good food.

It was everything I had hoped for. Beautiful, top quality food in a relaxed but resolutely professional setting. The chefs, Aled and Richard, are incredibly skilled and chatted easily to the table of ten while plating our 14 'snacks' - I was pretty full by round 10 but managed to squeeze in the fabulous final four sweet dishes. The team set an ideal pace, moving us along through the varied menu without feeling rushed. Paul, the sommelier, was a wonderful host. Greeting us with champagne on arrival and curating a varied and interesting selection of wine pairings with charming introductions for each one. He also doubled up as an excellent cocktail maker as the evening progressed. Book it now you won't regret it!

We ate here regularly while camping and the food was amazing. I've 2 picky eaters and the staff went above and beyond to meet my kids needs. Honestly some top notch grub.

A wonderful find. Spotlessly clean, very good range of food priced appropriately. The spinach, spiced cauliflower & lentil pie was delicious. Staff cheerful and friendly. Lovely original decor with good attention to detail ( there were scissors provided at the table to cut the individual condiment satchets).

Great cafe. Lovely food. Very good coffee. Nice staff. Dogs welcome. You can sit inside or out. Well worth a visit - you don’t have to be a cyclist!
