I attended on Monday afternoon for the first time with my brother . We had just missed breakfast but I picked something off the brunch menu and just requested a few additions which the staff were happy to accommodate. The cafe was packed and all staff were very busy but we didn’t have to wait long to be served . Food was excellent and the waitress who served us was lovely . I will be returning the next time I’m in the area . Very impressive

Me and my mum came for the festive afternoon tea and we were very pleased. The staff couldn’t do enough for you; we emailed before hand regarding dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated to our needs and ensured that the day ran smoothly as when we got there the owner came over to check he had it all right. We was presented with Buck’s Fizz and was able to have as much tea or coffee as wanted. We would definitely recommend to anybody and we will be returning. Thank you.

I visited the Avenues in September. I was served by Jane, she was so lovely and welcoming and made our night great. When she was glass collecting and cleaning tables she came over to see if we was having a good time and asked if we wanted more drinks. What a great service. The Avenues have bands on a Saturday which is always a good lively night.

Had a lovely lunch cooked by Donna. Karen, who was on the counter was very friendly, a lovely lady. An excellent atmosphere in this nice cafe. Have been here many times and am always very happy with everything.

I have had cj's on a number of occasions and really enjoyed the food but recently we have had terrible experiences of them taking money and not delivering food, and as of recently sending an incorrect order but we're unable to contact them as the number doesn't dial in and you can't get them online or anything so now I'm £30 down and my children are let down.

What a hidden gem Stayed there last night, as it was convenient for access to the Connexion concert hall But we are so so glad we chose there instead of the big commercial hotels around Was greeted by Dave, big grin happy to please, took us to our room which happened to be the apartment (Photos do not give it justice) great views over the marina, lots of little complimentary touches Bar and restaurant opened at 5:00pm, that’s where we met Gill, again warm welcoming and very friendly Both had surf and turf, lovely freshly cooked and excellent value Would we stay there again - definitely in a heart beat Thank you gang for a great stay

absolutely good experienced..going for breakfast and dinner .Staff from KT restaurant specially Jerry and Ricardo from pride of hull P&O and the others) were so welcoming and very helpful.Always asking if we are fine and if we need anything just ask any of them attending to us.They are very polite,courteous and communicate well and listen attentively to our needs. MY Husband & I will go again sometime in the future..

Patties were delicious and chips were the way I wanted. Friendly staff and one of the very clean premises.

Necesito tener más cuidado haciendo los sándwiches. Parece que mi pastel de pan había sido cortado con un hacha y mis tomates estaban poniendo en el sándwich con una catapulta. Parecía que se había caído, era solo un desastre, yo llevaba la mayor parte. Ni siquiera podía recoger la cosa sin cubrirme. Sabía bien, pero luego debería servir porque no es barato.

We visit Cheryl's as often as we can and would recommend it to anyone, we have become great friends with all the friendly staff, you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble..Give it a try when you are on Hassle Road, you won't be disappointed...

Nice break after a walk before return walk home. Was busy but alot of tables for 4 taken up with single people on laptops, look as though they've been a long time with only 1 drink. Don't think tables should be used as desks when busy. Done this is a few times and always found this problem.

Had some dinner in punch yesterday food if you can call that was terrible use to be nice food But it has gone right down the pan
