More than one item in my order was undercooked! Will not be ordering again.

Rice and sweet and sour sauce were fine. Shame about the overcooked over battered chicken balls. Greasy hard and tasteless. Sorry to say wonderful the food was not

Ordered at 6pm was told at 7 driver had set off still no food at 8pm, asked to speak with owner and no response, will be taking this further as require a refund

The best Chinese food I've tasted in a long time

The food took over an hour and half to come. It was very expensive and portions were so small and very salty

very stodgy Curry, poor onion quality, not so good 3rd try time, definitely the last, more the fool me

I bought a 4 burger meal deal to be called to say it was only 2. They wanted me to buy another 2 and wouldn't give a refund. He said it was my error! I paid the same if not more than I would have would I have not got the deal. I explained it said it was 4 and screenshotted this. Two of my children ended up with no food and the quality of the food that came was not great. Cold, hard and overcooked. No ketchup and only a few onion as the salad. I won't be ordering from here again.

Waited over an hour for my meal. Phoned up and they stated another 30 minutes. When asked again how much they stated £15,30 for one meal. One course. They clearly have a captive audience. Not in my world they dont. Shocking service (nearly) and the lady on the phone didnt give a dam. Not her fault I'm sure.

I ordered 2 meals today, just disgusting food. it was literally microwaved and sent out for delivery, the restaurant is 5/10 minutes from my house and they were able to prepare both meals and deliver them to my door in exactly 5/10 minutes. I spoke to an employee on the phone and he could not explain how they did it. On your app still shows the food is on way, but it is a lie. the food was delivered 5/10 minutes after I made the order. I am pregant if I had this food could be dangerous for me and my baby. This was poison food, can be dangerous, people can feel unwell. I try to speak with different staff from your team and everyone end up the chat without help me with this problem.

This is my local Chinese and I have had two bad experiences first was an hair in my cheese spring rolls and again cheese spring rolls I had a two inch piece of plastic in one,and twice I complained and they just put the phone down 😡
