Incredibly disappointed with our experience at Tattu. We arrived on time but was told the table wasn’t ready and to just stand at the bar whilst we wait, followed by very rushed service once we were at the table. The food was very average and certainly not worth the price tag, we sent the desert back as it had no flavour at all. To be fair to the waitress she did apologise and we got cocktails instead, but when the bill is almost £300 for two people I do not expect to be sending food back! Just as cocktails arrived we were told they needed the table so could we move downstairs, despite us getting the table at least 10 mins late. Compared to 10 years ago when I came here the first time it has really gone down hill and succumbed to the Manchester curse of appealing to tacky influencers

Great experience last night at Chung Ying. The food was perfect & the service was excellent (the staff were so good with my niece & nephew especially. They were very impressed by “the lollipop man”). I personally loved the extensive vegan menu. The spicy veg dumplings & vegan duck pancakes were my favourites, but pretty much every dish was worth praising. Portion sizes very generous too. Will absolutely be returning in future.

Food was pretty decent, came out in good time and tasted fresh and we liked the look of the venue. Service overall was ok but wasn't necessarily the most attentive, we had to wait for our drinks each time we ordered but nothing major. With the drinks, why do venues have such poor wines on when they are charging the prices they do?! Would go again but maybe not on a Saturday night

All the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious
