We stopped off for a quick bite after walking to Langford Henge and Jubilee Lake. The food and service were great, especially Suzanne. However, the tea was a disappointment. It wasn't very hot and there was no tea in the pots so the refills were just hot water.

Chilli by name, chilly by nature.

Best Chinese meal we have ever had - We come over from County Durham a couple of times a year, well worth the travel and expense, truly superb!

Ken Ho is an absolute gem in Birmingham! The food was exceptional, my personal favourites were the salt & pepper prawns and braised fish with tofu but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Andrew. He was incredibly personable, attentive, and made us feel welcomed with our young child.

Really disappointing We have been coming here for years and always received a top service On a day when it is 2C outside they hadn’t turned the heating on and so we had to eat lunch with our jackets on We asked for more prawn crackers and were told we couldn’t have any more! I can only assume it has changed management as the usual staff were not there Food was mediocre and staff unhelpful and frankly rude Will not be going back

This restaurant feels like a second home.

Disgustingly unbelievable that a small bowl of rice costs 4 pounds! The atmosphere was worse than what it used to be in the summer of 2019 when I visited this place several times. Not recommended.

The food is not clean and you will have to wash your hands after eating. It is suitable for people with constipation.

Located right on the River Thames, this River View restaurant offers amazing views and a lovely terrace for outdoor dining. We’ve become regulars here, as it’s a true gem in the local community. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly and to a high standard.
