Friendly, helpful staff. Music was a bit annoying. Food was at least fresh and had salads to go inside the rolls.

Waw what has happened to flames, used to be one of the best take aways, certainly won't be going back!! First of all having a guy come in off the street starting on someone in the shop owners did nothing, pepperoni pizza was cold least it was cooked though unlike the kebab, the kebab was cold and like mush I've seen more appetising dog food than what we were given an to top ot off it had black hair in it. Even the chips were awful, how you can mess up chips an own a takeaway i don't no!! Honestly so disappointed in what flames has become!!

Bought a pizza here after a night out in Torquay. It was easily one of the best pizza's I have ever had. I will be back when in Torquay again.

I’m aware this is no fault of the employees here but the prices in comparison to the quality of food is absolutely astounding. I didn’t enjoy my meal one bit due to feeling ridiculously ripped off. Even watching my Fanta pour - the syrup to soda ratio was unbelievable.

Never again, I do not recommend. I ordered fries that were undercooked, the only plus was the topping. Finger-sized chicken strips with 1% meat and the rest is tasteless breading. I would give it less than one star but I can't when it comes to the food. The only plus is good service and people who work there

Staff might want to consider putting on gloves while preparing the food.

The master fryer has been closed for a while and is now a mobility shop, so if you are after fish and chips your out of luck if your looking for a mobility scooter and helpful tools for easier living then come here.
