30/11/2024 Visited McDonald’s coypool and went through the drive through this evening and Charlie the guy working on the first window was absolutely amazing his customer service was second to none he went out of his way personally to accommodate what I was asking for. Really friendly and approachable McDonald’s definitely needs more people like him in their restaurant. 10/10

Awful. Waited over 20 minutes in total because they kept getting the burgers wrong. Asked for two triple hamburgers no cheese and completely plain. Got it wrong twice and awful manners. Disgusting staff behaviour! Useless staff no apology either.

Wide went to pick up a meal for me, her and my son, made her park up while she waited, she gets home and the fries are stone cold and they have forgotten my burger, useless.

Ordered on the McDonald’s app. Parked up in a bay, waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers, chips and drink. I went into the restaurant after 30 minutes and they stated it was on the way. It’s meant to be a fast food restaurant, definitely not fast.

Food missing from online order but no refund offered and the staff don't care. Happened once and thought I'd give them a second chance, then it happened again and I vowed never to go here again. A friend ordered (despite my warnings) from here and had the main part of the meal missing. It seems to be the case more than often I guess and he can't get a refund either....

Food was brought out fairly quickly but the burgers looked like they have had just been thrown together from distance rather than constructed nicely & the chips were also lukewarm with no seasoning them

We were travelling and called in here for breakfast and were allowed to take our dog in with us The staff were friendly and the loos were clean and we were able to park in the car park. Staff were super friendly. We enjoyed eggs Benedict and coffee which was quickly produced and good quality.

Always friendly, always quick, always tasty - especially the spicy piri-piri chicken - never had a problem with Mr.Cod in Swindon Old Town - would gladly recommend them for a quick and tasty takeaway ! :) - Ash

Ordered though the McDonald’s app. Never do this they use uber eats who deliver the wrong food refuse to sort it and then expect you to go to McDonald’s to rectify yourself. I Went to Plymstock McDonald’s where informed by Manager that they do not have to even give me the food as it is uber eats problem unbelievable! Uber eats helpline will not even refund the delivery shocking service and experience all round. I did get the food but this whole process took two hours and a personal collect defeating delivery. I recommend you either go and collect yourself or use deliveroo

Ordered on Uber, meal was cold, stale and missing items. No egg with the double sausage and egg Mcmuffin, missing 2 hash browns and a large cappuccino. I told the delivery driver the order was wrong before I'd even looked in the bag, as the drink was missing. He just shrugged and walked away. User claims it doesn't meet the requirements for a refund and McDonald's say it is Uber not them I need to take it up with. After spending over £20 on half an oder that was pretty much inedible, I won't be using either company again. Lots of other places to give my hard earned cash to.

Excellent visit, my food was amazing. Order taker was so polite and presenter was also brilliant. restaurant was so clean and customer care assistant was really good.

my grandma, mum, sister and i came here for lunch. i wasn’t very hungry so just wanted carrot sticks and a mcflurry but it didn’t have it so i wanted a fruit bag didn’t have it then i wanted pineapple slices and it was fine and had no mcfurrys so i got a milkshake. my sister and grandmas meals came but there were no pineapple slices i am very disappointed and i’m fummin.

Worst NcDonalds ever been in - waited 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant . Clearly needs a new manager and seems utter chaos

I paid £20 for an order that they couldn't forfil. Then, they didn't know how to give me my money back. Make sure that they have what you want because if you pay before this, it'll be a struggle to get a refund.
