I absolutely LOVED coming here. The food was amazing, especially the mashed potatoes! It tasted so good… it felt like magic in my mouth! But i would say that it’s a tiny bit expensive , but overall , I definitely recommend coming here ‼️💗

sorry I had to take some stars away on this review. I've eaten here a few times and it's hit and miss. I paid 10 pound for a donner kebab, the donner was good quality but not enough for 10pounds. their sweet and spice sauce is nice and not to spicy, it was crammed into the smallest box with my chips which left them not just soggy but squashed like mash potatoe. so i basically paid 10 pound for donner meat. use bigger boxes or separate the chips. they're mithai is nice and I think the only reason I keep ordering. I checked the app to see what was taking the driver so long and he was at the store for a good 10 minutes after the food had been prepared so they'd obviously been sat there chatting while my food was getting soggy. come on guys I've had some nice food from here you need to pick your game up abit. the sweets were nice

All ok on the food front nothing special but the service was miserable and slower than a snail on a bed of super glue! I won't be back in a hurry.

We visited Hooked on the Heath this evening, having ordered 3 portions of fish and chips, including two sides via their website. Having collected our order in a timely manner, we drove home to enjoy our meal. The chips were average at best, however, the fish was horrific.....chewy "batter," which was the worst I've ever tasted by a long shot. Oh......and when you order a portion of gravy and curry sauce, it's helpful if both are placed in the bag and checked. Shame, as the curry sauce may have masked the taste of the fish. Surprisingly, the place was packed, so maybe with a captive Knutsford clientele they don't have to try too hard !

I have used this Fish & Chip shop at least once a week since moving to Andover several years ago. I have never had a bad meal and the staff are always polite and friendly.

I think I need to start the petition to get Pret to open in Australia!
