Food was great.Boneless bites were a bit salty,but i enjoyed the food.

Nice big burgers & shakes, a little expensive but is nice food. I would prefer some nacho cheese to dip the fries in though! Not great marketing though could put people off when they see the price of a cheeseburger & small fries, when actually their double cheeseburgers & the fries are huge portions! Love the great array of toppings you can choose on your burger.

Prawns were overcooked and dry and lots of tiny crispy chips rather than a full portion of normal chips.

Our food was absolutely cold somehow, apart from the drinks. Was very disappointed about this.

My only 1 star review. I have come here on several occasions and this place is consistently one of the worst Subway in the world. Staff named below served me coffee with cleaning fluid still in it the third time, so I have to tell her to do it again. This is the last time as I say ready settings near the sugar. Generally I have to persistently all for salad to be put on as 1 or 2 bits are added. The bread is the only saving grace

Always get food here when at Bluewater. It is still in a shopping centre but is a good as you can get in the circumstances. The food is always great

I visited this Pret today 10/01/2025, and I just wanted to take this review to thank a member of staff specifically, Levi. He truly went above and beyond, and is one of the nicest employee's I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any Pret. Great cup of coffee, great service and overall a great person.

Absolutely disgusting food was stone cold ordered a chicken wrap witch come filled with that much salad and small amount of cold chicken chips were cold and looked like thay were cooked in old oil had no choice but to bin it
