Honestly the food is just not good, even if the food was free I don't think I'd eat it. I ordered the super deal. It was filled with so much rice it felt like I got scammed. A decent amount of mixed kebab. The lamb doner was nice but the chicken doner was so dry even with sauce it didn't help much. Will not eat from here again.

It was ok. Sadly the quality has dropped. The chips were not great like they use to be. I would say the oil was getting on maybe it was an off day.

Bought 2 pizzas and a special kebab both pizzas the bases weren’t cooked toppings were okay and the kebab meat kofti,shish was dry. Doner meat was good I phoned them they told me (not) to bring the food back to the shop and that they would refund me the next day. So far nothing!! …6 months later still waiting

I would like to be able to order through deliveroo but they have to sweet menu only savoury uploaded. I prefer deliveroo as uber drivers are always late and not as careful as deliveroo drivers also uber app never helps when you have a problem but deliveroo help I driver's are late. This place is a right rip off! £12 for a very small bit of cod, mostly batter..very very greasy in fact dripping, and the chips were very undercooked! Fuming!

Ordered from here tonight as for some reason the wife likes it even though the food has been really bland recently. Missed some of our order then thought it was perfectly acceptable to deliver everyone else's food first rather than fulfilling ours. Lad on phone had terrible attitude. Place has gone massively downhill over the years, and isn't a patch on others in the town Update: Missing food arrived over an hour after the rest, and was cold! Will never order from here again

I really do think a little more hygiene from the staff is necessary here. We could start by wearing beard nets.

Don’t get caught out like I did this is not the ciao burger Bristolians knew . Such a shame I’ve been buying blue cheese burgers since they first started many years ago . Easily the best burgers in Bristol until they were taken over a year or so ago . I hate to be that person and I tried to like them a few times but it is awful now. Please can the owners bring this back up to standard , you had the best customer base in this place .
