why would you put computer screens???? They are confusing. Some people want to actually see the ingredients for themselves and not on a screen 🙄

Went back after 12months and found no improvement ,rewarmed fish with batter like concrete and chips nearly all black patches, won't waste my money there again,

Very very nasty food they give you re heat chips and fillets are like as if they got off dead chicken gave me bad stomach the name may b uks but the bk in the days when it used to be nice not any more

Arrived 15 minutes before closing today to be told kebab wouldn’t be available for 15 minutes and that it would be too late as they were closing, guy then asked me to step to the side just for a minute so he could serve a different customer. After he’d served that customer he just said “now I have to make this customers burger so won’t have time to make your food”. Shocking service.

Served an undercooked pink chicken burger. Threw it all away immediately. Absolutely disgusting 👎🏻

6 months on from my last feedback.... this place has improved. Food quality is much better, I can notice that. Staff are polite and considerate. Good place to take kids for a meal. You can request NO spice or hot sauces on the meals or on the side, which makes it easier for children. Thank you

Visited today at 10.00, asked for two sausage barms to be rudely told we only have one sausage. Breakfast is apparently served until 11.30. It was not the fact there was only one sausage left, but rather the customer service, which was quite frankly poor. Last week my son was screamed at for walking on the floor when a member of staff was sweeping. The staff need to be mindful that its the customers who ultimately pay their wages, no customer- no job. Very disappointed

I really really enjoyed my kebap. I was extreammly full but couldnt stop eating because it was so delicious. I attached picture me eating after 40 mins 😂😂

Now under new management we decided to give it a try. Food was lovely We had triple smashed burgers, no salad and salt and pepper chicken Both lovely Shop is very clean, the Donner rotary has been removed from the window finally After the terrible last owner, fingers crossed this starts to be a great takeaway again 🤞
