The best restaurants serving Greek food in England

Great food but slow and poor service! Disappointing lunchtime visit. Had to wait a long time for food. Childrens food order arrived 15 minutes before our adult meals. No apology. Inattentive staff. We had a much better experience last year.

We were in need of lunch. SO much choice at Spitalfields. We opted for sitting down being the priority and chose The real Greek...and very glad we did. Excellent food and service. I opted for the Souvlaki Wrap which was delightful. Great experience...we shall return :-)

This place has no idea how to make pizza, the dough was horrendous, the toppings very small, it was just cheap dough horrendous cheese A complete scam. STAY AWAY FOR EVER

We had a Christmas lunch with colleagues. The portions' sizes varied enormously from plate to plate and overall were very small - the starters were ridiculous. The food took a very long time to come and when it arrived it was cold. Basically, every dish was Sunday roast with the same vegetables with just different meat or fish on top. However, the meat was very nice - just wish there had been more of it. The sticky toffee pudding was also very nice. Overall very disappointing, just glad the company paid. I would not go back.

what a fantastic meal we all had. My 2 grandchildren , one 9 years old and 11 years old ask to come to Parthenonas . The host is very welcoming, funny and very good with our children that said, food is excellent , I had moussaka best I have eaten , tasty, hot in temperature, Thank you to the lady chef there. You are welcomed as if you live there, greeted by a very funny, polite and professional gentleman. So much choice on the menu, all tasty we are working our way down the menu. If you want authentic good, tasty Greek food go to Parthenonas you will not be disappointed.

Elvis tribute night. Elvis v good, disco after. Staff amazing service, only thing that let the night down was the food, in my opinion lamb shoulder was awful and rest just ok, not really worth the money

Been going here for over 30 years always good and delicious.This last visit was good but just not as delicious as previously ,perhaps as earlier in day and 2 days before New Year so maybe not normal chef,just not sure why. Will return one evening soon as sure just an aberration!

The food is great and the staff as well is amazing

Pedí vía Deliveroo. Setenta minutos después de la espera, Deliveroo llamó, informando que el restaurante había cancelado el pedido. Esto me dejó drogado y seco. Yo confiaba en la orden, ya que tenía que trabajar hasta tarde, pero tenía que cocinar primero, luego tirar de una noche entera.
