Poor service, Luke warm food. We were eating at a table in the restaurant and the waiting staff were more interested in the ringing phone and online orders than our table in the restaurant. One waiter was taking our food order, the phone rang and he left us, in the middle of our food order, to answer the phone..... speechless. Had to ask for drinks, had to ask to order our food, had to ask for the bill, there was no attention paid to our table. Disappointed, lousy service and they even add a service charge to the bill.... We won't be back

I ordered food from Haweli. Big mistake! The staff member who delivered my order was extremely aggressive from the moment he arrived. Instead of taking a picture of the order being delivered to my door, he started taking pictures of me and filming me on his phone. After asking him to stop on numerous occasions, he made an excuse about needing to collate evidence of the delivery. He continued to record my voice and film me and not the delivery itself! . He made me extremely uncomfortable as he continued with his aggressive nature. . My neighbour heard the commotion and stepped out to help me and offered to call the police. At that point he ran off. I have my food but cannot even eat it due to being so upset about what has happened. I called the restaurant and they had no concern whatsoever, which in itself is very concerning!! Now i have some random man with my video in his phone and a restaurant that made excuses for him! I am absolutely disgusted!

I ordered takeaway using their own website not "Uber eats or Deliveroo" and when I arrived there after 1 hr to collect my order, Chef and other lady working there were extremely rude saying that online order system is not working. He didn't have the Tablet Powered "ON" even and kept on saying that 3rd party company called Fusion manages this like they will come and put power to the Tablet even. He kept on arguing and at one point wanted to have a fight and was very aggressive !! Then he called owner who said, we don't manage so I need to call their 3rd party company who I have no number as email comes from their address and at the bottom it says, "Contact Chennal dosa New malden". It was a very BAD EXPERIENCE. In normal world, restaurant would apologise and will call around to check and offer me refund or ask to wait while they can prepare food. It was 1:30 pm and my elderly parents were left without lunch which we ordred at noon. Food HYGIENE RATING IS "3", which explains how CHEF came out with same clothes and without washing his hand. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant and chain like a PLAGUE. It's dirty and run by thiefs who just want to grab your money and don't know how to speak with a customer who is paying their bills!!

Awful place! Mango chutney is some brown weird looking gel stuff… madras wasn’t a madras? Pathia was nothing like a pathia… and the tikka was watery! Paid £7 for popadoms and they didn’t even send them and only offered us extra on our next order like we’re ever going to order here again.

We have been regular consumers of Take Away deliveries from Deea, with a high level of expenditure over the last few years. Last night , March 16th 2024, we ordered a delivery at the cost of £88. Firstly , a king prawn shashlik dish @ cost of £16 approx. one of the most expensive dishes on the order , was not delivered. I rang the restaurant and it was delivered , albeit later than the original order. Then my daughter found a black hair in her vegetarian dish,. I rang the restaurant again, and the manager rang me back shortly afterwards to say it was a hair from a brush they use on the Tandoori grills. He sent another replacement . By then it must have been some time after the original delivery and my daughter would not trust the food again, feeling quite ill at finding the hair , and of course by the time the replacement dish had been been delivered again, it was all to late for my dinner. waiting for the prawn dish and hers, it felt like money wasted . Ok, these things happen people might say , but when you spend £88 ...not unusual for us with Deea , it is not unreasonable to expect due care and attention. We will not be ordering delivery from Deea ever again. Just not good enough or acceptable standard of service. Very careless and poor customer service.

One of the worst Indian/Sri Lankan restaurants ever. Terrible food...clear signs of the food was prepared long back (at-least a day back). What a bad experience for the money paid...Please avoid at any cost. Those who rated more than "Terrible" probably never had a Indian/Sri Lankan food before. Never going to visit this again.

The identity of Laxmi is a little confused, it's not sure if it's a take away or restaurant, the result is poor service and a limited menu. Quality of the food varies and some of the food is definitely microwaved. On the whole, not a great place to eat, but I've been to worse!
